My son was over the moon with the gifts in his teenage box going to order more for Christmas and not just for him for all the family as well .

My first order was delayed because of a huge surge of orders which I understand. Someone from mystery box rang me to apologise and explain and they didn't expect such a surge due to everyone ordering after Cole and abbie opened there box. My dad loved his box and my son is to open his this week for his birthday. Their customer service is next to none. Even the market manager went into the warehouse to help with back log. I will be ordering again as it was fantastic value for money and great products. They are sending a token as an apology as they never expected for their boxes to take off the way they did. What fun !!!! Great box and brought a lot of fun. Only criticism would be this was for my 82 year mum(although a very young 82) I felt a lot of the stuff in the box was geared to a much younger age. Definately worth the money and brought alot of fun. Thank you

I was a bit unsure about ordering at first but I'm glad I did I loved my £29.99 mystery box the contents were brilliant so I ordered 2 more mystery boxes can't wait for them to arrive feeling excited

I had a phonecall from Shamus on Saturday (23/09/23) apologising for the delaying in getting my first mystery box sent out (only worsened by the fact that once I eventually received it, one of the items had smashed during delivery). He couldn't have apologised more and not only did he offer to replace the broken item, he also offered to send me out a mystery box free of charge as a way of apologising. The new mystery box arrived today and I couldn't be happier with the contents!

Ordered a £49.99 box on the 16th August, received an email with my order on but no dispatch date. Left it a few days and emailed on Saturday, as the box is for a present, to which I received a reply saying they'd have a chat to the team about my order on Monday (21st) and I still haven't heard anything. A little bit of communication wouldn't go amiss! Really starting to think that I've been scammed..

I bought 3 small ones to see what it was all about,home,woman, and small girl, woman and home were OK but girl one wasn't what I thought it would be as she's only 5

Received parcel full to brim with exciting boy toys. My son loved contents and mystery of it all. Great value and great staff. Thank you

Delivered on time and my wife loved the contents of the box. I will be buying one again.

Box was delivered no problem but some items were damaged and had leaked. Was meant to be a birthday gift but was rather disappointed.

Box arrived. No way it was for a teenager. I gave it to my 6 year old niece!!!

Oh my god the best mystery box I've ever had. I was blown away with everything in the box and how much there was. I only ordered a 30 pound box but there was clearly over 70 pounds worth in there and all quality stuff. Not like some ive opened and there really isn't much in there. Even my son commented how good it was. Can't wait to order again. Fantastic company

Delivered in 3 days which was good.
The contents were not £60 worth though. Ordered the £30 box which then means £60 worth of product. Searched all products online using their highest value and didn’t even get close, was a shame. Good idea but £30 box not worth it.

I had a very good experience with this company they even rang me to confirm what I wanted and didn't want for my partner's b-day present. They did ring me in her birthday but it arrived the next day at no extra cost. As for the box I'd like tape that's like Amazon paper based so easy to recycle. But other than that no complaints. The contents was so much far more than I expected. The contents was all quality stuff and so much . They say twice the value but after a quick bit of research it was way more for £30 my partner got well over £100 worth of stuff and all things she likes even some quality nail products so she could pamper herself. Plus so much more. Face masks,nail products from nails,polishes,files,a electric buffer,also make-up brush cleaner something she'd been thinking about getting. I can honestly say it was well worth it and if your box was like my partner's you won't be disappointed. If you're struggling at Christmas. Get a box split it all up and you'll be able to gift to so many family and friends 🫶👌😉👍💪🌟🤗

Absolutely above and beyond! I wasn’t initially happy with my box,contacted these guys and got an email from Shamus.What fantastic customer service.I didn’t get the usual “mystery box so suck it up.”
I explained my concerns and Shamus was very understanding and even welcomed some suggestions in regards to marking what kind of items a child was in to.By narrowing down likes and dislikes this would definitely help with children’s boxes I feel.
When I wasn’t able to return the box as I don’t have transport and am new to the area, Shamus offered to personally pick up the box from my house and send out a new one.Box was collected at a convenient time for me,and when I mentioned in passing it was for my daughters birthday Monday (despite me happy to wait) Shamus took it upon himself to rush getting my box sorted and personally delivered it to my house within a few hours of his last visit.
I can’t rate the customer service highly enough,and a massive personal Thankyou to Shamus for making sure my lil girl was happy and didn’t go without,genuinely an amazing act of kindness and I can’t stress how much it was appreciated! These guys are great,just be sure to give them some ideas in the notes to help them and their team will smash it every time! The new box was absolutely on point,loads of girlie bits,arts and crafts,LOLs,powderpuff girls,nail varnish! Just fab Thankyou
