So made an order for 2 similar items just different colours. The "Chief Dice Goblin" which I absolutely love the title, got in touch via email mentioning that due to a system error 1 was in stock the other wasn't, proceeded to give me all the options I could pursue and sent out one that very day.

They kept answering queries I asked over the next week due to late delivery by Royal Mail (Bank Holiday). With delivery they also asked again if I wanted to wait or refund the other item with a option of them personally contacting me when the item comes back into stock.

The product itself works perfectly fine and looks as advertised and came with some extra stickers and die so got more than I originally thought I would get.

I grabbed a few mystery dice bags from a local gaming store, and when I opened one, it had two d8s and no d10! I sent an email to ask about getting a replacement somehow, and they responded very quickly, saying they'd be more than happy to ship one out. Gave them my address, and in a few days I had the missing d10 in my hands! Super prompt, super lovely to speak with over email, and I will definitely buy more mystery dice packs again!

I've been ordering from Mystery Dice Goblins for a couple of years now as my 5 year old nephew is obsessed with numbers and dice, he lives in a different part of the country from me so whenever I see him I bring him a set of Mystery Dice and he goes completely bananas. The customer service is brilliant, the order always arrives quickly and I love the little packs they come in, every set of dice has been lovingly cherished by my nephew. I felt compelled to write a review because the dice always arrive so quickly despite postage being free. Thanks!

Phenomenal customer service - I bought a dice set that had been advertised as having a bear infill, but when it arrived it actually had a monkey infill. Even though this wasn't caught for months because I had bought them as a gift for someone else, when I emailed the team I received a reply the very next morning (so within 1 working hour!) with an apology and an offer to send out replacement dice - with a bear infill - free of charge, and even a choice of which bear dice set they should send. They arrived this morning, so the whole thing was fully resolved in just a few working days. I agree with the "mythically good customer service" review that they use to advertise!

The dice look and feel well made and high quality, minus when I roll a nat 1. The delivery always arrives on time and quickly. The customer service is fast, supportive and polite!

On the rare occasion there has been an issue with my order their kind and friendly team is always quick to resolve it. They also have great deals and discounts. We can all make mistakes. What matters is how we deal with it. I and a few others showed Mystery Dice Goblins how they had made an error and they have worked tirelessly over the last 72 hours to correct it and went out of their way to show how they will make sure it never happens again. Whilst my original review was one star, I can now assure anyone who asks that I would definitely consider Mystery Dice Goblin a good and reputable company.

As an (alleged) adult, it's hard enough to find anything to look forward to. The postie brings me the trappings of responsibility; bills, voting registrations, more bills.
No more! I actually look forward each month to my mystery dice coming. I run to the door with the same eagerness that I did when my Beano was due to be delivered as a child.
I was supposed to be gifting ones I didn't like to my friends. That hasn't happened yet. Great little gift for someone or a nice little uplift every month if you're a dice addict like me 😊

My son has bought several of the mystery dice bags and loves them. Delivery was really quick and customer service (Jess) is outstanding. I'm sure he'll be buying again soon.

An item I ordered for a birthday gift got lost in the post.

After contacting the Chief Dice Goblin and explaing what had happened and it was a birthday gift they got back to me on the next working day after the weekend.

They resent the item first class at no extra cost and it arrived before I needed it for the bithday and they also sent it with some extra goodies :3

Found this company though an ad on Facebook and liked what I saw, so I clicked. I haven't been disappointed. Even when my initial order arrived with the box open and the dice loose inside. I asked for verification of how many dice where sent. And instead they sent me a new set in a different package with additional goodies. This was not expected, but was appreciated. All communications were timely and courteous. I will be buying more from them in the future as gifts for myself, my kids, and friends.

Wether it be their dice of disappointment (which really are awesome) to their mystery dice bags you will never be disappointed. Even when things sometimes go askew they are on hand to fix things straight away!

Their delivery is ace (UK free delivery!!!) always comes well packaged too.

I cannot fault their customer service it's the best I have ever experienced! A phenomenal company that rolls natural 20's every time!

Outstanding customer service 100/10 they definitely rolled a nat20 on how they handle there customers and swift delivery with the mail goblins! Got a Father’s Day gift box for my self from my daughter and the dice are stunning and I love the “dice of disappointment” will definitely be ordering more from them in the future they even threw some extra stickers and discount cards in for “The Roebuckers” my club that I have at my pub!!
