Do not use, scam Company

Do not use. The company is being taken off the Companies House website. I have been trying to contact them since Christmas via all routes and have had no response. They still owe me an item that I have paid for.

Do not buy from this company, ordered a shirt for my son, which was way too small , but ordered right size, sent it back recorded delivery, so know they had received it back, asked for a replacement or refund, about 6 emails later and nearly 2 months, no shirt or refund and no reply to any emails, basically taken my money and run, I’ve reported this, probably won’t do anything, it’s fraud

I order a jersey for my son for Christmas, received an email on the 6th December to say order was getting ready to be dispatched.. No order received & it’s now the 26th January.. Despite sending numerous emails, using the live chat requesting them to contact me I have heard nothing.. It’s a total scam & website should be taken down.. I would advise any future customer to avoid at all costs !

Item ordered over late november still not received and no reply to my messages / emails on this . Very disappointing experience and lack of customer service.

I wish I'd read this before I ordered for my kids Xmas present. I ordered Nov 30, it's now January 8. I paid $190 for 2 kits. No tracking number or reply. Has anyone actually received anything 😩

I ordered a football shirt on December 3rd and it still has no tracking number. I have emailed the Company but they do not reply. This is just so wrong.

Ordered a christmas gift on december 6. Have not heard ANYTHing since then. I guess the shirt will never arrive. Support does not answer

Absolutely a disgrace of a company with zero customer service or ability to contact, ordered on 1st December and still hasn't been delivered despite it being "dispatched" to Royal Mail. This company is a joke and I will be reporting them to my credit card company as a con job. Absolute joke1

Clearly set up to scam people, paid for two kits never arrived, never contacted or received any replies from them.
My advice is simple, don’t use this company

Scam! Been over 5 months since my order… avoid this site!

Doesn’t respond to emails, 2 full months without any delivery or even an update of when or where it is

I am not sure if this site is a scam. I ordered two jerseys for my son. The order was placed on 15th Aug with shipping time mentioned as 15-20 business days. Till today there is no update on the order. I have paid entire amount upfront. There is no response on my mails and on instagram chat. Definitely advise people not to order from this site. I am sure there are much better options.

Love the idea of mystery shirts and have ordered twice for here. The first order was placed to my parents house in England as i live in the US and no problems with that order. My second order I had shipped to the US, I ordered on June 17th and this only arrived on August 11th which is longer then what is stated on the website. I connected Mystery’s Football kit via e-mail multiple times and via chat online with no response. Also I asked in my order for no EPL teams and received a West Ham shirt. The first order had a 3rd kit from Lyon and my second order had the same shirt. I also got an e-mail to review my order way before it arrived.

Absolutely dont order from this site i placed an order 6 weeks ago they have taken my $110 no shipping as yet zero response to my emails or messages. Absolute scam site keep your money people

Horrible company! 5 weeks since ordered 2 shirts, no communication at all. They ignore my emails and instagram messages. Now reviewing with my bank if they can clajm back the money from these scammers! AVOID!!

Im reviewing again in hopes that future potential customers see this. Don’t but from this company! No customer service at all. I bought three kits on the 2. of june, and I still haven’t gotten so much as a confirmation about the package being sent. Totally unproffesional and horrible customer experience.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!
Go to other competitors and give them your money. They actually deliver. This company is nothing but a scam.
