Love the idea of mystery shirts and have ordered twice for here. The first order was placed to my parents house in England as i live in the US and no problems with that order. My second order I had shipped to the US, I ordered on June 17th and this only arrived on August 11th which is longer then what is stated on the website. I connected Mystery’s Football kit via e-mail multiple times and via chat online with no response. Also I asked in my order for no EPL teams and received a West Ham shirt. The first order had a 3rd kit from Lyon and my second order had the same shirt. I also got an e-mail to review my order way before it arrived.

Absolutely dont order from this site i placed an order 6 weeks ago they have taken my $110 no shipping as yet zero response to my emails or messages. Absolute scam site keep your money people

Horrible company! 5 weeks since ordered 2 shirts, no communication at all. They ignore my emails and instagram messages. Now reviewing with my bank if they can clajm back the money from these scammers! AVOID!!

Im reviewing again in hopes that future potential customers see this. Don’t but from this company! No customer service at all. I bought three kits on the 2. of june, and I still haven’t gotten so much as a confirmation about the package being sent. Totally unproffesional and horrible customer experience.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!
Go to other competitors and give them your money. They actually deliver. This company is nothing but a scam.

placed an order after a discount offer. The discount didn't apply. Have tried contacting them with multiple emails, instagram messages and live chats and no responses. Placed the order a week ago and haven't heard anything so not even sure if it's being sent

Great top, great quality, delivery took a while but was within original timescales. Inter Miami top so very happy with this purchase will definitely be getting another

Nice shirt, well packaged and decent delivery turnaround. Sizing always a bit of a punt when each club uses different suppliers but would buy again

I bought one on sale just to try, couldn’t choose any preferences for this version of the box. Somehow someway, i open it and it’s a Newcastle 3rd kit Pro Shirt and i’m a Newcastle fan. No idea what the chances of that are, but I’m absolutely buzzing.

Absolutely buzzing with the product. Received a chance to win a free mystery kit worth a hefty amount and won it. Companies doing a great job. Basically giving out free mystery kits for fun. Quality was top, price was free of course. Will definitely be ordering from here again. International shipping took a minute but was definitely worth the wait.

Without Prejudice: They didn’t send my item so i contacted my bank - after i received a refund they sent the item and charged back at a higher price. This place is a scam and very willing to take your money in even unethical ways. Just go to Classic Football Shirts and buy a unique shirt there - they at least won’t scam you.

In regards to their comment: the bank sided with me upon discovering the company posted the parcel AFTER chargeback was requested and initiated… i received my money in full whilst this company emailed me with legal action due to a negative review. Thanks for the negative experience and great learning moment.
