My 29 year old daughter will be leaving to Canada 🇨🇦 permanently end of this month.. And Mystical Magical Melodies wrote a song and It was the most beautiful memorable song will be to my daughter.. It had everything in it what I needed as a mother.. Still I couldn’t play for my daughter because she is so busy.. I will do a beautiful and memorable video to remember.. Once again thank you 🙏🏾

I ordered the musical Melodie’s on 13/2/26. Today is the 18th and no sign of it nor an email with the said item.
I have emailed three times and attempted to phone. Left a voicemail still no reply. Disappointing service today the least and no, it’s not in the junk folder either.
There IS NO LINK for the product that has been sent only an order confirmation. I will now be asking for a total refund and will not recommend your business to anyone due to the incompetence and repeated replies people have been sent with the exact same complaint.
THERE HAS BEEN NO LINK SENT YET YOU TELLING ME THERE IS. What an absolute disgrace of a business when it comes to customer service never mind non delivery of the said product.
I should have read the reviews before paying for the product because your business seems to have a lot of dissatisfied people who have laid and NOT received. Trust Pilot have made it easier to contact you or id still be waiting for a reply of some sort. I’ll be highly NOT recommending you.
