Absolutely brilliant. Got it for my business jingle.

I ordered the musical Melodie’s on 13/2/26. Today is the 18th and no sign of it nor an email with the said item.
I have emailed three times and attempted to phone. Left a voicemail still no reply. Disappointing service today the least and no, it’s not in the junk folder either.

There IS NO LINK for the product that has been sent only an order confirmation. I will now be asking for a total refund and will not recommend your business to anyone due to the incompetence and repeated replies people have been sent with the exact same complaint.

THERE HAS BEEN NO LINK SENT YET YOU TELLING ME THERE IS. What an absolute disgrace of a business when it comes to customer service never mind non delivery of the said product.

I should have read the reviews before paying for the product because your business seems to have a lot of dissatisfied people who have laid and NOT received. Trust Pilot have made it easier to contact you or id still be waiting for a reply of some sort. I’ll be highly NOT recommending you.

I paid for a song on 30/1/2026, I haven't received it, I tried to email the company on the 2 contact emails they both couldn't be sent due to unknown e-mail address, I am very disappointed and got a refund off PayPal my chosen form of payment.

The song was lovely very warm felt made my husband cry he keeps playing it.

The words were perfectly put with music , it blew me away and when i played it for my husband he loved it . It really is a simple process and within 24 hrs i had my personal song of memories and thoughts transferred to a song of my choosing from singer right through to type of music

Made my sis in law cry , good tears she needed this lasts longer then flowers . This is the third one I had done. Perfect

You say you sent via ios I have android & the message you sent me via email says look.in the link there is nowhere to click on the link or open any thing 🤔

Only reason not 5 star is i have not received it yet

I ordered a song for my wife snd our anniversary the song was great but unfortunately they got them name wrong during the song a few times so I emailed them they said no problem they would redo it within 48 hrs but I still haven’t received it and there’s no reply’s to my emails very disappointing

I got this for a dear friends birthday and she was thrilled with her song. I ordered it and it was delivered by email in 3 days.
Such great value and won’t be the last time I do this.
