I thought I was paying for a one time review of what the app would choose to style my wardrobe. When I got a notice from PayPal that I was being charged another $15 I contacted the company and requested a cancellation. I spent over an hour with their chat bot trying to help them’find’ my account, but the chat bought continued to say they had no record of my email address. I finally did some research through Google Mail and found a confirmation of my $15 payment sent to… Guess what… My email address which they were unable to find for my cancellation. This is the second time I have been scammed by a company that is in Europe and has more than one or two different website names. After sending a copy of the confirmation sent to my email address end notifying that I was going to report to charge as fraud, I got an email explaining how to cancel. I consider the $15 lost to their runaround to be well spent.
