Regarding the pricing concern, we would like to clarify that the original booking was made for a saloon vehicle. However, due to the amount of luggage, it was not suitable for that vehicle type. To ensure a comfortable and safe journey, we arranged a larger MPV6 vehicle, which carries a different fare.
We always aim to be transparent and provide the most suitable option for our customers, and we apologise if this was not communicated as clearly as it should have been.

Highly recommend we was stranded at Heathrow airport and every taxi was asking for an extortionate amount of money to get home spoke to this taxi service over WhatsApp and within the hour someone collected us from the airport for a reasonable affordable amount. Taxi was comfy and driver was really nice. Couldn’t recommend more!!

Well worth it for easier travel!
We've used Mytaxe several times on our trips to the UK. As soon as we make a reservation, the communication is timely and clear. The drivers are always prompt and courteous, reaching out with texts and calls in advance of their arrival. Their vehicles are clean and well cared for. And we love that they drop us off right at the door of our destination, whether that's our kids' home or a hotel. The service isn't cheap but it's well worth it for making our arrivals and departures more pleasant.

Great service throughout
Great service throughout. Was kept fully informed at each stage of the journey. ie. Initial booking, provided details of pick up, on the day provided name of driver. Driver contacted when flight landed and confirmed pick up. Car was immaculate and driver professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this company, and will definitely use them in the future.
