Questionable products advertised with tempting names
I bought their scrub from a seller on eBay.
The product was advertised as a fruit acid cucumber scrub, but it contains only very, very small amounts of fruit acid in the scrub; it's more of a cucumber scrub than a fruit acid scrub. For a fruit acid scrub, the scrub's concentration would have to be stronger, and what's strange is that the scrub itself doesn't mention fruit acid or fruit acids in the ingredients on the packaging.
I think they're taking advantage of the trend that they've noticed that more and more people are suffering from skin conditions, and then they're selling products at inflated prices that don't help at all, products that are designed to encourage you to use vast amounts in the hope of increasing the effect of the scrub, but in my case, with no results at all it did not peel any skin away nothing.
What was peeling off my skin was the peeling itself. I could feel it myself from the consistency of the peeling. It's so deceptively real that it looks like skin flakes because the peeling is white.
I followed all the seller's instructions, only to discover with horror that it didn't remove anything—nothing at all in terms of skin, pimples, or cysts.
Luckily, I got my money back from eBay, but I can only strongly advise against buying from TIDANDE.
I would have wasted €30 if Ebay hadn't returned my money.
Now imagine how cheated you would feel paying €30 for supposed fruit acid peels that show no effect and no improvement.
I'll never buy a product from them again; this lousy experience was enough for me, and the seller was not friendly to me at all.
Please ignore now the standard answers here saying where the company tried to say i did not buy the product on their website.
YES, i bought this peeling on EBAY but it is the exact same peeling they're advertising on their homepage listed here, so don't fall for their standard answers they give. They only use this as tactics so you won't RATE their products! Be ashamed of your self! I will not buy this product again, and you can't stop it I will tell the truth about this product which you falsely presented as a fruit acid peeling on eBay just to generate purchases! i still have the peelings at home, so I can prove easily what I said is true with photos!

The most incorrect site related to tiande. I placed an order and received products with an expiration date of 2 weeks. The other order has missing products. I tried calling the phone number but it is invalid. There is simply no connection with them. I received an email saying I have a voucher but I actually have nothing. and so 1 set of shampoos cost me £56.52 but I will report them everywhere I have to I won't leave things like that After the report to the bank they sent me an email at 11:38pm to give them my password. with what right??? I have my bank account details there

I have been registered for more than 2 years in tiandeshop.co.uk I'm sorry I can't upload a photo so you can see how many dissatisfied customers there are in the Facebook group.

Love the products and service is great!
Good prices and high quality, I am able to use products for my skin which is awesome, taking in consideration that I had difficulties with some "big brands" due to my eczema.

Delivery driver left my parcel at my front door when I wasn't in.
Next time I would appreciate that they at least knock on my neighbours door or leave it in my back garden. I would appreciate, if this option to leave my parcel in my safe place was available next time as leaving my parcel unattended is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! Anyone could steal it. Very not happy with the delivery!!
