I booked my ticket through Skyscanner via MyTickets, and this has been one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had. I requested a simple date change, and according to their own procedure, they are supposed to respond within 24 hours. I followed every step correctly.
I submitted the request yesterday, called several times, and even reminded them again this morning. Instead of giving any confirmation or support, they simply closed my request without informing me. On top of that, they are now trying to charge irrelevant and unjustified fees.
Their customer service is extremely slow, unresponsive, and careless. When customers need urgent changes, they expect proper support — not delays, excuses, and ticket closures without action. This is the first time I’ve seen such an irresponsible team.
Very disappointing service. I do not recommend booking through MyTickets.

I have sent more than 15 emails and keep receiving the same copy-paste responses claiming they are “waiting for the airline.” This is simply not true. I have official proof that the airline already refunded them weeks ago.
So where is my money?
At this stage, this is not a delay — this is them holding customers’ funds without justification.
After checking Trustpilot, it’s clear this is a recurring issue. Many customers are reporting the exact same situation: refunds confirmed by airlines but never passed on to the client.
This pattern is extremely concerning and raises serious questions about their practices.
If my refund is not processed immediately, I will proceed with a formal chargeback and escalate the matter further.
Avoid at all costs unless you are ready to risk losing your money.

I have purchased two tickets from mytickets.ae dated
11.03.2026 (DXB-BKK) and 22.03.2026 (HKT-DXB). Both of the flights are cancelled by the airlines. Since then, the refund hasn't been issued and they have been delaying it with nonsense explanations. I have tried to contacted 20+ times just to receive an answer. Never ever again buying anything from them!

I am writing this to express my extreme frustration with the refund process. I have already received email confirmation that my ticket refund is "under process," but I have yet to see the funds.
More importantly, there is a serious issue regarding my luggage refund. The airline confirmed they refunded $70 USD for my luggage to this agency back on March 17th. I have provided all the evidence and details from the airline to the support team via email, yet I am being told they are still "waiting for confirmation."
What kind of confirmation are you expecting when the airline has already confirmed the money was sent to you nearly a month ago? It is clear that the process is being unnecessarily prolonged.
I am demanding a clear, written breakdown of my refund immediately—either via email or a response here. I need to know exactly:
What has been officially refunded.
The specific reason/confirmation you are claiming to wait for regarding the $70.
This lack of accountability and the delay in returning my money is completely unprofessional. I expect a resolution and a full breakdown immediately.
1. AED 1920 deducted from my credit card during ticket booking
2. Received email from ur team AED 1310 refund initiated.
3. Therefore, I'm expecting AED 610 more to be refunded asap.

They will never send you the refund. I have raised my refund request two months ago and since then they waiting for the airline while the airline already paid it one month ago and everytime i follow up they say witing for the airline. My ticket is DXB RUH round trip and ticket number is 202539447

My experience with Myticket.ae has been extremely disappointing. Their customer service is very slow and unresponsive—I sent multiple emails regarding a refund and received no reply. The only way to get any response was by calling them repeatedly. Its more than month now, still no update on my refund. I would not recommend purchasing tickets from this website.

Im writing this to make inform you that mutickets.ae one of the worst flight agency you can deal with them , they gave invalid information and no trust , taking alot to do refund and with no supportive , professional customer service unit, really its a very bad experience and not recommended to deal with such company ,

Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had with a travel agency.
I booked a flight through them (Order: GGU95S4G), and from start to finish it was just frustration. I was passed around between multiple customer service agents, some of whom literally hung up mid-conversation. No one took responsibility, and I kept getting different answers every time I reached out.
There’s zero sense of trust or proper supervision in how they handle customers. It felt like no one actually cared about solving the issue.
I’m asking for a full refund and compensation for the time, stress, and overall terrible experience.
Would not recommend at all.

I have booked a ticket got the flexible ticket to be able to change the dates without any fares but they were asking double the price of the original ticket. Customer service hanging in customers faces, being rude and not speaking properly. This is just a big SCAM fake website. Don't Trust it.

Across the GCC, airlines and travel agencies are supporting stranded passengers during this difficult situation ( WAR). Unfortunately, Mytickets appears to be doing the opposite by refusing a refund for a flight that was cancelled due to the war situation, which was completely beyond the passenger’s control.
Worst response ever . Please dont book from this site ever.
This was not a voluntary cancellation from my side. I was stranded in Riyadh, incurred additional hotel expenses, and had to travel back to the UAE by bus after a long and exhausting journey.

Despite the urgency of my upcoming travel date, I received no meaningful response, no proper assistance, and no timely support. The complete lack of communication during such a time-sensitive matter was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
Because the issue was not resolved and my departure date was approaching, I was forced to cancel my ticket and purchase a new one to avoid travel complications. This resulted in additional financial loss and unnecessary stress, all due to the absence of responsive customer support for what should have been a simple correction.
I have submitted a refund request and expect it to be processed promptly and in full. Given the circumstances and the failure to provide adequate assistance, I believe a fair and timely refund is the minimum appropriate resolution.
I sincerely hope the company reviews its customer support system to prevent other customers from experiencing similar situations.

I requested a refund almost a month ago after the airline rerouted my flights due to the geopolitical situation in Iran. Because of the new route, I had to cancel the trip. This was not a last-minute change, it was due to circumstances outside my control.
Since submitting the refund request, I’ve received no real progress or clear answer. Each time I contact support, I’m told to “wait” first it could take a week, then two weeks, then up to months. There has been no transparency, no updates, and no accountability.
What made the situation even more frustrating is that I asked them to cancel my return ticket a full week before the flight. Despite this, the ticket was never cancelled and I even received a check-in email. When I contacted them, they simply said they don’t know what happened, which is unacceptable, as cancelling the booking was their responsibility.
This experience has been extremely disappointing. Cheap prices don’t mean much if customer service disappears when you need help.
I would not recommend booking through them.
