appalling customer service and business model

This website is a resale website that maliciously upsells tickets already available to purchase for much cheaper. It plays off ignorance and the tiny banner saying that the tickets they sell are more than face value is not easy to spot on a mobile device unless you scroll to the very top of the page. They come top of the search engine eclipsing the legitimate ticket sellers.
They have ruthless no refund policies that are entirely unreasonable and borderline criminal. An unwittinging ‘customer’ should be able to legitimately cancel within 24hours of clicking and it is outrageous that this is not possible for them.
I wish all websites such as this could be removed as they are morally repugnant.

My partner fell for it and he is out of pocket for no reason other than these vultures.

Biggest rip-off on Earth

Biggest rip-off on Earth. They "sell" (This purchase was not authorized by me), tickets that aren't even on sale yet. Then they claim that you received the tickets when you complain. This is FRAUD plain and simple. Do not ever use this site.

My Ticket Tracker ripped me off

My Ticket Tracker ripped me off. I purchased tickets for one of Beth Hart's shows, and I received what I believed to be tickets. The show was postponed twice, and over a year later, I learned it was back on. That's when I found out that my tickets were fakes. Now, I'm out quite a bit of money.

Has anyone succeeded in getting a refund? I paid with PayPal, and they just told me refunds are due from the vendor.

They would not refund before the show…

They would not refund before the show and then at the show, we could not get in. I paid through PayPal so I escalated but the vendor tickettracker theives lied and I had no way to prove it. They over charge and lock you in. They trick you with their ads so read carefully, they are a THIRD PARTY scavenger POS company!!! No. I could not get a cent back!

Not legitimate tickets

They are absolutely a scam & affiliated with several other scammy ticket sites like megaseats.

They are arbitraging the ticket buying process - selling tickets for a high price long before the concert or event, and then buying low-price tickets at the last minute to fulfill those orders.

You will receive the tickets at the very last minute, sometimes hours or minutes before.

The tickets we received were not only way over priced (our mistake) but they were sent to us as screenshots from someone else’s mobile device. 10 tickets sent as several different screenshots; You can even see the senders # of cell service bars & battery % in the image.

They are not original/official barcodes or tickets.

MyTicketTracker is a Scam

This MyTicketTracker is a scam. I bought tickets through TicketSmarter.com who the third party company who had the tickets for the Sarah Jarosz at The Ark in Ann Arbor was MyTicketTracker. The delivery date passed so I pressed TicketSmarter about where my tickets were. They tried to contact MyTicketTracker who could not produce the tickets. Needless to say, no tickets, no show.... TicketSmarter has refunded my full amount I paid for the tickets to their credit. Very Disappointed.😞

Should be a ZERO star…

Gave them one star because I can't give them zero.
I used them by accident to get Boat Show tickets in AC this past January ( 2024).... Got charged $188 for 3 general admission tickets that were generally available for less than $60.... Tried to cancel the order and appealed via AMEX, however their all sales final is final even if tickets aren't delivered. Their AD posting occupied the same on screen position with search engine that the direct much cheaper direct venue listing usually has... BEWARE.... They apparently pay extra for this ranking...

They sold me tickets for La Jolla that are no good

They sold me tickets for La Jolla comedy store. Far above what the site itself charges (4x higher). When we got there, we were told that only tickets from their own website are honored. They also told me that I would have been called to confirm if I had real tickets. Ticket tracker refuse to refund the tickets.

Scammers ..

Scammers ... they are selling under a false identity, secure.etickets.com, to hide their poor reputation, I never received a confirmation, or my tickets, and the ticket insurance was denied.

Great case study for horrible customer service

Dirtbags? Nah, too nice. Conniving? Little more accurate. Liars? Synonymous.

Spending thousands on tickets and needing to make logistical arrangements before spending more money, I refused to do so without tickets in hand. After multiple calls with multiple people and a very stern conversation where I caught them in a lie, I finally received my tickets. They claim they cannot transfer tickets until the day before the event because “the venue does not release the inventory”, but little did they know I had bought tickets from a different seller for the same event who was able to initiate the transfer same day. After shedding that truth and a brief pause on hold, alas my tickets end up in my email magically. Like many other reviews, they hold onto the inventory until last minute and find a better offer while leaving you empty handed.

THEY HAVE THE INVENTORY. DEMAND THE TICKETS TO BE TRANSFERRED IMMEDIATELY UPON THE ORDER BEING PLACED.

My customer service advice to the lady (who’s head is probably still spinning) that I spoke to:
“Don’t make this world a worser place than it is. Make a choice to help someone and maybe that will lead to them helping someone else. Next thing you know, the world gets fractionally better.”

CROOKS_SCAMMERS_Ripoff NO SHAME!!! I purchased 4 seats at a table ...

I purchased 4 seats at a table for a concert the ticket cost per seat was $110.00 that day which was over a month ago and the same seats are selling for the same price today. The tickets were transferred to Ticketmaster but it took 2 weeks and several emails before 1 ticket finally showed up in my account. I paid them $447.00 for the 4 tickets and another $176.00 in service fees and taxes. I emailed and called to get the number of tickets I have paid for but the service representatives said i only purchased the 1 ticket they transferred. It would be a big coincidence that the purchase price for 4 is the same amount they claim I paid for 1! These tickets are still selling for the same price of $110 and the tickets are not selling at a premium. This company is a total scam! NEVER spend your money with them!!

FRAUDULENT ORDER FULFILLMENT

This company sold me two tickets to Dave Mason concert at the Coachhouse saying the tickets would arrive no later than 9/24. On 9/25 I get an email saying they cant fulfill my order from over a week ago. Their order/fulfillment is fraudulent. They never said until the day of the concert that there was a chance the tickets wouldn't come . So now the concert is sold out and we will miss out because of their FRAUDULENT advertising. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY !!

Run around for over an hour

I had already done live chat, called the help number, and had several emails resent to me, but still could not locate my tickets with my event 2 days away. I spoke with Nancy for order #41778754 and she spent time speaking with me and located my tickets under TicketMaster. I had checked there twice with no luck. She was kind, understanding, and efficient. Thank you. Robyn Zidron

Ughhh the fact I didn't read these…

Ughhh the fact I didn't read these reviews until after placing an order is very infuriating. They scammed me under the pretext of being Ticketmaster. Ordered tickets, got usual thank you emails and event reminders but no tickets. Told to wait until 3 days before event and surprise surprise, day before no tickets. Emailed them and they state they were transferred weeks before and to check my spam. Obliged but nothing there even though I have emails in there prior to them sending. Now they state they were transferred, so nothing they can do and all sales are final! So now I have contacted my credit card company to get a refund FFS
