I never received my tickets. Purchased my tickets through Klarna for Monster Jam. I received an email on July 18th saying that my tickets were transferred and I would receive the email and never not it. Never was able to talk to anyone only through chat. My bank is investigating it. Such a shame that they are scamming people. Klarna should also check the company’s they have on there site. They are going to end up with a bad reputation also for allowing it to happen.

Too bad I can't give them a 0 rating because that's what they deserve. Apparently they are a fraudulent company. Purchased tickets to see a show in Philadelphia and the tickets were never emailed to me. Tried to call them without success. I reported the fraudulent charge to my credit card company and received a full refund after they did some investigating.

Scamed me out of 600 dollars not a real company. I bought Steely Dan tickets and they were never selling them got to the venue and they told me so sorry this company scumbag

Paid for 2 tickets for rock band RUSH. It was not RUSH it was some boy band. This is a scam please stay away.

I'm willing to take responsibility for making the mistake of buying from this site. Their charges for tickets to a play in Marietta, OH are as follows:
2 3rd row mezzanine tickets $114.00
Event Insurance $15.50
Service Fee $33.64
Delivery $15.00
TOTAL $178.14
The tickets were to be "delivered" to the venue one hour before showtime. They were not!
We purchased tickets at the box office and the charges were as follows:
2 2nd row mezzanine tickets $60.00

The tickets ordered and paid for through Mytickettracker were never received and repeated calls to the provided number have not been answered. This, in my experience, is a dishonest site. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

this is the worst of the worst company ever, I booked a F1 grandstand 1 where I paid $6000usd for, planned for fathers day with the family and the last min they canceled my tickets and offer seats no where near the grandstand. DONT EVER EVER BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY they will scam you.

It was an unbelievable nightmare of an experience.

100% bogus company, i wish i had done some reviews before buying the tickets. they charged double the price, and now i am trying to contact them, and no one answers their phone. how are such companies allowed to function? big, big mistake, please stay away

RIP OFF. Sold me back stage passes for double the price of regular tickets and then sent regular tickets and claim that’s what I bought. Now disputing with pay pal DONT SHOP HERE!!!!!

These guys sell you tickets, then if they get an opportunity, they will sell your tickets ( that you bought from them) to someone else for higher money. Then they will try to replace your tickets with worse seats. You are their "put option" for the tickets. DO NOT BUY from these people. They have no ethics. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
I am reporting them to the AG's office in their state of domicile. But now I cant even see where they are located. Judging by the accent of the man who called me, I believe they are not even in the US.

NEVER TRUST ETC - Events Ticket Center (MyTicketTracker.com)/ This low life company assured me my KISS tickets would be guaranteed even though the Kiss concert was rescheduled twice. I bought and paid for my VIP Box Seats in February of 2020. Friday 4 days before the show they emailed me to let me know my tickets were no longer available but they sent alternate tickets for me to accept in the place of my VIP box seats. They said it would be an upgrade (NOT!!!). My VIP seats were showing available on Live Nation up until the moment ETC cancelled my order. So my tickets were sold at 3x the price so ETC could make a little more money. ETC Events Ticket Center is a complete fraud.

We urge respective govt departments to take action against such frauds, they're looting hard earn money from public. They charge for the services which they can't even offer. Pathetic service and responses, don't every book any ticket with them.

UPDATE: After 4 days, the tickets were transferred to my AXS. I hope they are real. I wish I would have googled this company prior to spend $577 for tickets. The concert is tomorrow night and I still do not have tickets. For the last 4 days, I have attempted to email, call, and chat with an online representative. This was supposed to by the first concert for my kids, but it appears that this was a huge and expensive scam. None of the above options were helpful. You call and you are hold for a very long time (30+ mints). I hung up and have not been able to speak to anyone. It said that the tickets were transferred on 2/7/22; however, I cannot find them in my AXS acct. I called AXS and was told that the tickets were transferred and then removed by the seller!! How can that be, so I am out of money and no concert tickets. This is so disappointing and stressful. I have to tell my kids we will not be going because I don't have extra money to buy more tickets. This company is corrupt and fraudulent. Do NOT trust this company and purchase your tickets elsewhere. This is the first time using this company and the LAST time.

Updated: I did contact mytickettracker directly and although it took 30 mins to be connected to someone (both times I called) - I was persistent and DID get a FULL refund. Make sure you get the name of the person you speak with!

Purchased tickets with through paypal in Aug 2021, event was in April 2022. We were denied entry to the event, tickets were no good.. FAKE! Paypal cannot help because tickets were purchased over 180 days ago. Now contacting the bank directly.. what a sham! Never again will I purchase tickets through 3rd party provider, if not Ticketmaster directly.

This is a terrible service. Do not use. I received tickets in someone else's name, wrong date, wrong amount. charged for price of tickets I did not receive. Pay pal denied my claim? why? I will never do this again. Nobody from the seller will contact me.

$131.26 face value showed up as $300.40 charge.

No one answers the phone. Tickets come with someone else's name and cc number. Its NOT WORTH IT -DO NOT USE.

HORRIBLE LESSON TO LEARN

Thought I ordered tickets from venue. When I called venue to ask if I could pick up tickets at the box office instead of downloading to my phone, I was told there were no tickets reserved in my name. I had to order 2 more tickets for an additional $237. Paypal did not refund money. I am now dealing with the credit card company but haven't received credit yet. What a fraudulent company!! Why doesn't Paypal automatically deny claims sent to them? I will file a complaint with the BBB.

Easy to reach when buying tickets but not easy when you don't get them. Called, you get told to call another person. You will never reach that other person. Email said e-tickets are received but you won't see them. Emailed the company and said tickets never received. Few days later received the tickets. They have you download an app and tickets placed in a wallet for future use. Few days after tickets arrived in app., checked the wallet and tickets are gone and money gone!

My tickettracker is very very very difficult to contact. I have repeatedly, repeatedly, got a 30 + minute recording and then the opportunity to leave a callback number. I had to contact them because they failed to transmit tickets to Hadestown until about 72 hours prior to the event, even though the tickets were purchased months before. If you have the option, and please try to find others, don't even think of purchasing tickets from them. This enormous headache came with a $125, ironically titled, "convenience fee". After posting my own review, I was horrified to see how many other people have had similar, yet even worse experiences with this company and its aliases.

Bottom line: Don't Do Business with them.
