I never received my tickets, impossible to reach via phone and or email.It was highway robbery the price I paid for tickets. Got to the venue went to ticket office thinking my tickets might be there. Tickets had not been paid and my tickets were still available for purchase. Ended up buying two tickets and got much better seats for a LOT less money. My credit card company did not back me up...out of $461.00.

Overpriced. They add extra fees and later refuse to refund. The original venue parking was found for $20 and they charged me $72.35 and refuse to refund me. Total ripoff!!!

I was mislead to believe I was buying from the venue. I paid over $450 for tickets. When they arrived, the ticket value was $75. I bought two =$150, meaning they overcharged me by $300. I'm sick over this and will report this group to any resources can find.

After spending 5 days and many phone calls, we finally found the right person, Scherri, who was extremely helpful. She walked us through many steps both the website and phone to successfully solve our ticket problem. She is an asset to her company with her patience and knowledge to not give up until a solution was found. KUDOS to her!!!!!

The event was cancelled due to Covid the ticket price was refunded to tickettracker by the Theatre but they never issued refund to me and they are impossible to reach

If only I could give zero stars, I would. This is a ripoff site. They sell tickets for way above the price they're going for if you buy from the venue itself.

You'll click through all their fine print warnings and then they've got you. "You agreed to the terms..." is what they tell you if you happen to realize you were ripped off.

Be warned: This is the same company as BigStub. When you can’t get your tickets, they will both claim it’s the other companies fault and they cannot help you. They are blatantly lying! It is the same company. Someone on the reviews of BigStub is filing a class-action lawsuit!

Worst customer service EVER experienced. Have tried so many times I’ve lost count and patience. Never will I ever use this site again.

I ordered tickets to Gabriel Iglesias show scheduled for Dec 2 2021. November 18, 2021 I received an e mail from Tickettracker stating my tickets were transferred to me.3 days later when I didn’t receive the tickets I called and sent many emails. I received a generic email back telling me how I could find my tickets which included looking at separate emails which included the words….MLB Ballpark,Ticketmaster,seat geek and not from them directly. No email was EVER sent to me and why the big secret as to look in other places other than my email. I spoke with 3 different customer service reps with no help. They could even see that I had not accepted the tickets. I have disputed this 2x on my AMEX and they keep reversing the charge saying I received the tickets. This company needs to be shut down. I am out $600. I will follow up with Amex again for help.

SCAM!!!! Same as others I thought I ordered directly from the venue. Imagine my surprise when I pick up my tickets at will call and the tickets were valued at $25 each. They charged me $69 each, $63.76 for service and $15 delivery. This should be illegal.

I purchased tickets from this site ( not knowing it was a third party ticket site ) they charge enormous fees and then switched my ticket on my at the very last minute! Beware of where/who you are actually buying tickets from! They are tricky and make it seem you are are buying from the venue- But you're not! And they charge EXTREMELY HIGH fees for dirt cheap seats!

SCAMMERS! Never received my tickets - can't get though on their phone number. Going to get a refund from Paypal.

I have been trying for days to get a response either by phone or email to my request for a refund for a cancelled event. They said they did not hear back from me regarding an email they sent to me requesting my choice for either refund or voucher. I never got the email. I want my $422.21 back. This is disgusting.

Terrible customer service! I never received my email with how to get my mobile tickets. I then called and email numerous times with no help! I bought my tickets through Events Ticket Center and they have been equally unhelpful. Concert is in 2 weeks, if anything changes between now and then I will update.

Bought tickets from these people. E tickets. Everything showed that they were tranfered to me. The tickets would not display on my phone. Missed concert, payed for hotel, meals etc. They are rip off artists. Do not do bussiness with them

This company stole almost $700 from me and I can't get it back. I can't get in touch with anybody there

DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THIS COMPANY! Or from Cityticketsonline.org. I spent $455 on tickets to see my college football team play with family. Spent a lot of money just to go down there and stay the night with family for this game. I bought two different orders from them. One of the orders I got access to, the other it said tickets transferred but never showed a tab with a link to view them. I reached out to them a week before the game and they said to check my email, which I did and never saw an email that showed a different link to actually view the tickets. The only email I did get, gave me a pin to enter through a link in the email. I opened it and entered the pin and it then said I had to sign in. So I sign in and it shows up the 2 different orders. The one that says tickets ready, I click the tab sayin view tickets, goes to another window with the same tab, I click it and I was able to download and see the QR code. For the order with 4 tickets, it only said order transferred but I wasn't able to view or download the tickets. I emailed them back saying this and never got a new email with another link. I tried calling and waited 3 hours on the phone and no one picked up, even though in my support emails they always say just call us. No one ever picks up. I called the day before and the day of the event, nothing. Never got a call back from them. They told me that all sales were final and that it was my fault for not finding the "correct email", which I never got, to get access to the tickets and they wouldn't give me a refund or credit. I ended up having to buy other tickets, again, for the game just so my family could go see the game together. I am totally appalled by this companies lack of support services regarding their customer purchases, the lack of care they show with satisfaction with orders, and the fact that all they would respond with was check your email, like that is suppose to help me get the right link...? Their services are not user friendly, their support is lacking by far, and I will never spend my money on tickets for any event going through either of these companies as you won't get your tickets from them and the insurance is non existent! As I mentioned before; DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Absolute theft, Jason Aldean should be ashamed to let them sell any ticket to his 2021 Back in the Saddle tour. I bought tickets at $250 each for two seats that were supposed to be located 4 rows into the first section from the stage. I was seated at the opposite location in the last group of floors. Needless to say I went to the ticket office at Hertz Arena in Estero and was told that I should have paid $100 for the tickets I was sold. They advertised one location and provided tickets for another. I can prove this was an intended scam based on my order# and a picture of the seating cost chart at the venue. The ticket people at Hertz Arena were kind enough to show it to me and let me take a picture of it for that particular concert.

I was buying tickets for myself and 2 Grandson's for December 26th. Harlem Globetrotters in Green Bay. Guess what I got for $500, tickets for Pittsburgh Pennsylvania!!! And no one will help me. Ticket tracker has been corresponding with an email address that I do not currently have access with. What a BAD BAD joke!!
