We bought a Ticktalk 5 for our 5 year old daughter and 8 year old son. We chose this watch because it didn’t have games to distract them but still had fun features like music and step counting. They both love the watch and can send everyone in family including each other messages, cards (animated pictures), and they have a daily step count competition. We got the additional charger stand which I think was worth the extra cost because it makes charging the watch super easy for them. My 5 year old is able to put on and take off the watch by herself. They are both great about putting it on each morning and putting it on the charger each night. We like that the watch can be placed on silence or disabled while at school. It is so helpful when go out places because if I don’t know where one of my kids are I can just call. Definitely would recommend this watch to others. Also had to call customer service today because my daughter’s music wasn’t working and I spoke to an actual human who knew exactly how to fix the problem and prevent it from happening again.

Unfortunately this was a purchase to replace a defect in our original watch. However, customer service (Dave) was excellent and the process was smooth.

Got the Ticktalk5 for our son and we love that it has accurate GPS tracking which we need for our non-verbal son that elopes. The battery lasts long (2-3 days) and doesn't need to be charged all the time. Comes in handy during the winter months to accurately track school bus arrival. It's waterproof so he can also use it while swimming.

Recently, I reached out regarding an issue with my son's watch, which has been in use for about a year and a half, as the strap had become detached. While I was informed that the warranty had expired, I was pleased to learn about the option to upgrade to a newer model at a discounted price. We decided to take advantage of this offer because we are very satisfied with the functionality of the watch. This has been a fantastic watch for our 10-year-old son. It allows us and him to communicate and coordinate much better than before. Instead of yelling through the neighborhood when it’s time to come in, we can call or text.

One of the big things that sets the TickTalk apart is the camera. He can video chat with friends and family as well as take pictures, which he loves.

The customer support is also very responsive.

I am very excited to receive the watch. I did a lot of research on different watches like this one and the tick talk was by far the best with all of the features it offers and the monthly price. Very excited to try it out for my daughter.

I have a great experience so far with this watch. The accuracy location works great and you have a person you can speak (Not a robot) in the CS department in case you have any issues. It’s a little expensive, but it’s worth the extra you pay for a watch/tracking device that just works.

Tick Talk is a wonderful platform for my kids to use. My kids really enjoy their watches and the fun features. I wish with all my heart that the bands were more durable, and they gave replacement bands with each new watch purchase.

I'm updating my son's watch from the TickTalk 4 to 5. The watches last for years. I love that I can have the app the see where my son is, call him, text or listen in without bothering his school day. My son is autistic so sometimes I listen in to make sure he is having a good day or having an emotional day. Just the extra this mom needs to know my son is alright. Best watch on the market!

I like the app and watch features. I hate the watch band. It is not convenient to replace and its expensive compared to other universal watch bands that will not work with the TickTalk watch. Also sometimes my kids struggle to accurately hit the correct icons when they are in the corners of the watch screen. All in all it works for what we need it for.

Experience was very easy to be honest. I read the reviews, browsed the website and was completely amazed by this watch. I decided to get one for our 7 year old son.
