We had previous generation tick talk 4's, added another one for our younger daughter with the new Tick Talk 5 and then wound up upgrading everybody; love the new animations! Customer service even covered the first broken screen (my fault, didn't get a screen protector on fast enough- I know how kids are)

Great customer service!
I purchased the TickTalk 4 for my granddaughter for Christmas in 2023 - she loved it and allowed me to talk or text her almost every day which was an amazing way for us to stay close as she lives along way from me. It recently broke so I contacted the Support department and they were amazing and so helpful! I would highly recommend this watch - my granddaughter is 9.

Excellent customer service and support
I ordered a new watch band because my daughter’s was chewed by a dog. In no way did I expect someone from the company to personally reach out to me to offer to repair the watch band for free. I was blown away by the service and can imagine this would extremely helpful for people who don’t have a husband like me who has every tool from Home Depot. Thank you!

Our kids love their TickTalk 4 smartwatches so much. They are simple for our kids to use and they put Mom and Dad at ease because we always know where our kids are with the GPS and we are always able to get in touch with the kids where ever they are.
The customer service team is always very quick to respond and super helpful fixing any issues if they occur.
I highly recommend TickTalk smartwatches. We just upgraded to the TickTalk 5 and we are looking forward to using it.
