I order toilet seat buffers in white. Grey buffers sent which are considerably cheaper rang customer services to rectify. Staff were rude and unable to help.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
They supplied me with substandard fake parts that did not fit my toilet and will not refund me as it was over the 30 day limit despite that fact, that I am still within the 6 month limit of the Consumer rights act. They are asking me to return the product in it's original state, which of course I can't do because I had to fit it to see that it didn't work! I paid the same price of the 'named' part for this fake item. I rang them when I recieved the original package to query the items that I ordered but was assured everything was OK. Stupid me.... I was desperate for the correct parts for my toilet. I am going to continue to try and get my money back but please beware.
UPDATE:
Following the ‘story’ that the merchant has written here, I am happy to return the part, which is not damaged but was put in the toilet and removed because it did not work, if they pay for the shipping. In addition, please note that this merchant did not supply me with the original Saneux part that I ordered and paid for. They sent me a cheaper ‘fake’ part. I am still waiting for a refund as is my statutory right. I have since bought an original part and my toilet is working perfectly!

Took over 2 weeks to receive a washer ! Lied about postage. Do NOT USE.

Avoid this company. They do not respond to emails,sms or phone calls and take forever to deal with orders if at all

I intend to curtail this exchange. The company wouldn't know the truth if they fell over it.
Suffice to say I am still waiting for the item ordered or indeed any response to the messages sent.

They cancelled my order and the order status marked as refunded however never got my refund.I phoned them after two weeks and was told to contact my bank as order was marked as refunded.I contacted PayPal and I eventually received a refund.

Ordered a part from MTS last Saturday morning at 08:30 am, Website said. Guaranteed Next Day Delivery

emailed them on Monday, response said in the post

Now Wednesday 5 pm and no part and a leaky loo.

Thank you for your response 2 months after the event but your webpage promises Next Day Delivery and it would appear you are not aware that the message on your website is either confusing or misleading. I assumed like amazon, it would be delivered on the day after ordering, within 24 hours but clearly this was not the case... however the parcel when it did arrive was next day delivery by Royal Mail.

Had a bath tap problem. I rang MTS’s and spoke to a customer service person named Adele. All I can say is that I was provided with 10* service and this person could not do enough to help me. Her product knowledge is second to none and her advice I have taken. Brilliant service and a feather in her cap

ordered a Twyford Nocturne fixing assembly because it was in stock, despite it cost more and extra for Vat and carriage. When checked the components no cistern seal. Phoned sales to be told you ordered it online you got exactly the same as the photograph. That wat you ordered We only sell not fit, you have to buy that separate. My point is they have knowledgeable people there so why doesn't it flag up this isn't in the pack and contact suppliers of this issue. Not happy now I have to source a donut (no pun) from the multitude of types on the market. The sales we useless no thought of even saying we could supply the item ( or even the gumption to see if it is available). Meanwhile my customer still has no toilet.

Just for a bit of balance, as I can see there have been some bad experiences, I found this company to be really good. It was the only place I could get a Roca Georgia soft-close seat in the UK and it came within a few days in perfect condition. Really good service. I ordered over the weekend and you don’t get a confirmation automatically, but if you just message on the WhatsApp or email, my experience was that you’ll hear back promptly in business hours with details of your delivery. Very pleased overall.

My order was sent to me immediately and with notification to allow me to be in. The packaging was superb. The Company was slow on their email response to my order but no issue. They were really efficient. Overall absolutely excellent.
I will be a repeat customer for sure.

Sent a broken part, wouldn’t refund. Had to go through the bank to charge back. They tried to appeal by sending edited/selective emails to the bank. Luckily I had all the emails exchanges but I really urge everyone not to order from here. It’s not worth the stress and hassle

Edited for the response- I have a full email chain of the response before and after this email hence why the bank back charged. The response to the trust pilot review is another perfect example of why you shouldn’t use them

Avoid. Ordered 2 weeks ago. Reported non delivery. Said despatched again. Another week of non delivery. Do not use or you will lose your money.

Had the product other companies were waiting for and a fast delivery.
I ordered a toilet part on another site previously, but after 2 weeks and no expected delivery time, I tried this site.
It arrived less than 4 days after ordering, so very happy.
Only negative is that there was no email communication about progress. But when it is this fast, it is not a problem :)

Read several MTS reviews & like previous customer & not put off, decided to enquire?. Email was replied to promptly. Unable to access model number - however, really helpful advice of taking pictures of WC to access correct soft close Serel replacement. MTS were able to match exactly - paid over phone - despatched promptly. Arrived safely packed via Parcel Force
Clear instructions & was able to install straight away! On this occasion MTS came up trumps - very happy to use again!

I ordered a replacement toilet seat at a not inconsiderable cost. When the package arrived I set about changing the seat only to find that the seat delivered was not the one ordered and was also significantly damaged. This item was returned, however I did not receive any communication on when I could expect delivery of the item ordered and paid for and so chased by phone. I was informed that they do not have any in stock and someone would get back to me. Shortly thereafter I received an email issuing a full refund albeit strangely telling me that the item is on a 4-6 week back order. The customer experience has been very poor and has in effect left me feeling kicked in the teeth with the company taking no real accountability for their failure to deliver the parts ordered. Interestingly at the time of writing the part is still available on the website.
My message is clear, please check availability before you order and check very carefully that you do receive what you have paid for. Buyer beware!

I was initially put off by bad reviews, but after reading through the good reviews thought it was worth a phone call to check if the toilet seat I was after was in stock (toilet seat had been discontinued quite a while ago and was a really odd shape)
I spoke to a lady called Adele who was really helpful, she took the model name from me and said she would check if it was in stock, within ten minutes she had called me back to confirm it was in stock, took payment from me and the item was delivered the next day. Amazing service, I would not hesitate to use this company again

Wrong item received, nothing like my order.

My inlet valve has a cranked pedestal, their valve had a cranked arm.

My soft close toilet seat cracked and I approached a number of suppliers to see if I could order a replacement...the seat was 12 years old. MTS were the only company able to confidently confirm they could replace the lid and seat with a match. I ordered and sure enough after a week an exact replacement arrived. Was a tad on the expensive side but it is what it is. Wife is happy as an I. Good service and would recommend.
