Amazing help for long covid -- too expensive to recommend to most people

I have long covid and can very much point to Tollovid as one of the things that made a VERY noticeable difference in improving my baseline (along with other supplements and meds). I'm a big fan of what it's done for me physically. It's SO EXPENSIVE though if you need to be on a maintenance program of acute dosing just to maintain function. The price has kept me from recommending it to other Long Covid people as I know it's out of reach. Bummer as it could a.) have the potential to improve so many lives, and b.) give Tollovid lots of business. Hope they consider a subscription plan with significantly reduced prices for people who need this regularly -- as opposed to one bottle for acute infections or just a pill or two a day as prevention.

Product never arrived —company unresponsive

I paid for the order a nearly month ago and was charged, but never received the shipment. I reached out to the company repeatedly with no response. Will be notifying the Bureau of Consumer Protection and potentially pursuing other action, but who knows, maybe they’ll respond to this review (lol).

I'll suffer through it.

Product is excessively price-gouged. It would be nice if the address form's state field had a name that Chrome autofill can identify, so it isn't telling me my zip code is invalid because it's trying to find it in Ohio for some reason.

STILL WAITING

Great product, some stock issues

Great product - some stock and delivery issues.

I’ve been using Tollovid for a year and have had fantastic results with relief in Long Covid symptoms but also with helping me recover from another Covid infection and more general viral illnesses. I’ve taken it when others In my house are sick or at the early signs of illness (sore throat etc) and found I don’t get properly Ill. Just get a very mild illness compared to them. One time I did get Covid and I took paxlovid and then 5 days Tollovid. It was all mild compared to last time and I had no relapse or lasting symptoms.

Recently there have been atock issues and it has been annoying to pay for my subscription/product and it not arrive. However I have now received the overdue products and they have always replied to my emails to let me know what is happening (waiting on stock). Customer service could be improved but the product is good in my experience.

Never received my product

Never received my product, even after more than 1 month. Meanwhile, the website says that the product is “in stock”. Do not recommend.

Can’t trust Tollovid

Ordered two bottles 2 months ago and have not received my order, a refund, or any communication about when I can expect my order from Tollovid. I have contacted their sales department using the contact form on their website AND at their contact email address multiple times and no one has ever emailed me back. Not a trustworthy company.

Credit Card Payment made and no ship date

I have been trying to order the product for over a month and it is was out of stock. Last week the site showed inventory. I placed 2 orders last week. I just received notice that there is a delay in shipping and they don’t know when I will receive the product. I have over $700 in product ordered and you have the payment. I am wondering you don’t actually have the product in stock when you took my payment.

I am still waiting for two subscription…

I am still waiting for two subscription orders to be fulfilled. I haven't heard any updates since early May. I would like a refund asap. I'm not sure if this did anything for my long Covid with the two bottles that I took before they stopped responding, but it would be nice to get my product to be able to find out.. not impressed. Seems others are having similar experiences with missing their order.

Charge credit cards but will not send product

I started taking Tollovid approximately 1 year ago and everything was fine until they stopped sending the product but kept billing my credit card. I attempted to contact them by email, telephone and through their web chat on their site. No Response.
Update. I found additional telephone numbers and one in Isreal for the company. None of them work.

I am highly disappointed that you would…

I am highly disappointed that you would charge me knowing that you, are out of stock. My husband is suffering and there is nothing I can do but, sit and wait for my supply in demand to arrive witch nobody knows how long it will be before they arrive . Big disappointment!

Poorest Customer Service Ever

I placed an order over a month ago and have contacted customer service twice (via email) about the status of it. To date, I have not received my order or any response from the company. Incredibly dissapointed with the poor customer service.
