The product is fantastic

The product is fantastic. Mother was infected with COVID and by the second day it was feeling so terrible she had lost her appetite, after 4 hours of the first dose she was feeling much better. After her symptomps dissapeared her taste and smell had been altered, but as she finish her second dose her taste and smell improved a bit.

Never received product; no reply from company--update: have to literally leave a voicemail with the CEO to get a response

I never received my order and the company has not responded to multiple ways of contacting them--multiple emails, through the chatbox on their site, as a reply to their follow-up text "from the owner" asking for texted feedback, and the extension listed on their website gives a "does not exist" message. When calling, there is no other option to get through to anyone besides a name-based directory (that requires you to already know the name of the person you're trying to reach). I even DM'd them on social media, just wanting some acknowledgement that the company isn't a scam. It's not porch pirates because I have received all of my other packages delivered around the same time. At this point I can only assume it's a scam and I'll need to contest the charge.

Update 5/11: added an additional star. It took finding the CEO's name and using the extension directory to leave him a voicemail to get a brief initial contact from a customer service agent that said she would look into my issue and get back to me later that day or the next day. I didn't get any response, and no responses to my follow ups for an entire week. I gave them a few more chances to respond to chats and emails, and then left another voicemail with the CEO. Again, this resulted in actual communication and I now have a new order being shipped out, with an additional bottle thrown in for the inconvenience (about two weeks after I was supposed to receive my original order, and with a lot of time/effort wasted). If this one arrives, I will update my review if I feel like the product helped at all.

The fact that it takes getting the CEO involved (multiple times), that it's a pretty unknown company and supplement, and the extremely high price for what is not a developed drug, makes me feel like this company is taking advantage of sick, desperate people--I don't need a company who markets to people with Long Covid contributing to my brain fog, fatigue, and financial strain.

Outstanding Results - Responsive Customer Service

Responsive, and from testimonials online I was able to purchase these products and get relief from long Covid symptoms. I recommend 100% to anyone in need of a Miracle Cure for Long Haul Covid - I was wheezing, congested, foggy, with 24/7 headaches and after 2 bottles all of my symptoms except all of the brain fog have resolved completely. The European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) has concluded that titanium oxide should not be considered safe as a food additive, due to uncertainties about possible inflammation and neurotoxicity (9Trusted Source).

The Scientific Committee on Consumer Safety (SCCS) warns against sprayable products and powders that may expose users’ lungs to titanium dioxide through inhalation (10).

The International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) has listed titanium dioxide as a Group 2B carcinogen — an agent that may be carcinogenic but lacks sufficient animal and human research. This has caused concern for its safety in food products (11, 12).

This classification was given, as some animal studies found that inhaling titanium dioxide dust might cause the development of lung tumors. However, IARC concluded that food products containing this additive do not pose this risk (11).

Hello, Our product is safe to take. The titanium dioxide warning is related to inhaled products, not ingestible products such as Tollovid. The titanium dioxide in our product is an ingestible form that is not related to this warning and the concentration is extremely extremely small because it's in the white gelcap coloring and not in the contents of the capsule. We understand the concern from some folks, so we will be using different gelcaps in future manufacturing runs.

Received the bottle on 3/5/23 which had…

Received the bottle on 3/5/23 which had an expiration date of 12/2021 on it. I called, emailed and attempted to chat with them, and all my requests went silent. They have zero customer service and sadly taking advantage of the public for an overpriced supplement that I can’t even return. Beware of this company.

Very positive experience

I have long- haul Covid. I’ve been on a roller coaster with it since July of 2022. I’ve taken multiple
Rounds of antibiotics and steroids, with no relief of symptoms. My husband found this product and suggested I give it a try. I took 12 pills a day for 2 weeks. I decided to do it for 2 weeks because after 1 week I felt better, but not as well as I wanted to feel. I was still lagging in energy and experiencing some brain fog. Now I’m just on the maintenance and glad to say I have overcome all Covid symptoms except one (lost my voice and never got it back).

I have long haulers took 12 per day no change in my health 2 weeks later. Very disappointed again. I have wasted so much money on so many products that don’t help. I just want to be normal and healthy again.

Not helpful, very pricey

I did not notice any change by taking this per the instructions. Very expensive for 5 day protocol, plus the month follow up. Also terrible customer service. My bottle was not delivered when tracking said it was and I could not get a response by phone, email or chat. I had to wait about 11 more days to finally get the product and it just showed up without any communication. This was too late for my active COVID and, as noted above, it did not help my long COVID

Tollivid allowed me to avoid the usual migration of sinus drainage to a severe cough

I was experiencing a sore throat, sinus drainage, and runny nose.
I started taking the Tollovid, using 3 tablets 4X per day for a week.
The sore throat continued for a while, but I was able to blow my nose frequently, clearing my sinuses better than i normally do without Tollovid.
Pre Tollovid, the sinus drainage would migrate to my chest, and i would have to deal with coughing and chest congestion for weeks. That did not happen after using Tollovid.
