hose and tacwise gun that came together leaks when put together but if used separately, gun with different hose in different compressor or hose with different gun, there was no problem. separate hose was sent the next day but problem remains. staff helpful and both gun and hose to be collected for investigation. problem to be solved......

staff have been brilliant at communicating with me throughout, I was informed there was a problem with the connection with the staple gun once they had a chance to check. New staple gun was offered to me and sent the same day. I received it morning of 12.01.23 and had a chance to use it and everything seem fine. Thank you for solving the problem!

Upon receipt of your staple gun, it became apparent that there was a manufacturing error and so it was leaking air from the coupling.

A company that cares.
I contacted Stapling & Nailing Ltd to see if they had 3mm staples as I required them to re-cover the door cards of my car I'm restoring (Citroen 2CV). I'd had no luck elsewhere and was told by others that 3mm staples were not available.
Stapling & Nailing not only had the staples in stock, they were able to provide me with an air powered staple gun for firing these small staples.
The staff (Jill, mainly) were extremely friendly and offered good impartial advice (which I heeded).
The staples and gun arrived this morning and I'm delighted. I now have my door cards complete and looking excellent.
I highly recommend this company to anyone and will always use for future upholstery equipment needs.
