It appeared that i was sold a product that was sold out!
2 weeks late overall.
Transport was good, took only 3 days to arrive.
Only early days, but happy with my purchase so far.

My wife and I bought one each, to take with us on a motorhome holiday, due to Covid were not able to take the holiday but have used the City Hoppers to great advantage finding them even better than we had hoped additionally that they are just perfect for exploring city wide bike paths or popping to the shops also they easily fit in our small SUV - perfect.

Wade was great to deal with I got two e bikes of him 27.5 and 29 mountain bike after his recommendation.
I had one small issue the front disk was bent out of shape on the 29 ,Wade sent me a new one within a few days all good to go now. Great bikes to ride and would highly recommend Wade and the Mytopia team.

Don't go near them! I bought an airconditioner off them which never worked properly. It required me to put in 3 cups of water every 20 minutes and still never cooled the room it was in (21000 BTU unit btw) It cost $580, cost me $230 to return and they refunded $460.It was returned in unmarked as new condition. I will never purchase from them again and if this review stops even one person from wasting money with them, that it has served its purpose!!!
Sun lounge open, but not used. The item I received was used and damaged. Screws and washers missing. Two screws bent.Nuts missing. Holes damage the nut will go thru. When I asked for a refund , they sent me information how to assemble it. This company selling non usable items for new.
Stay right away from these Clowns - their Customer Service and connection to the Australian People - with communication from a Senior Manager HEAD OFFICE Sydney is NON- EXISTENT,
If Paul & Dave started off with the Aussie Consumer in mind _ i can assure you that is now long forgotten as their huge turnover grew and grew.
They - thats the Owners and Senior managers, got fatter on the profits with a thanks for your money suckers attitude and built a moat and firewall around them to protect at all costs. Rather than revert and serve the very people who helped them grow.

Bought a scooter a couple of months ago. It stopped working. They will not respond to emails. Do not use this store.

My item arrived damaged in a sealed yet undamaged box - through Koganwhich mytopia sell through
It took over two months to get information from them on how to return; then they refused to provide a refund
I was told initially to keep the faulty, damaged item as it was still functional
No refund! Just suck it up basically

I paid for a new item, not a factory second yet this company thinks it’s ok and then make returns physically impossible so you are forced to keep the goods without refund or exchange
Despite many many photos sent, and near-daily messages, I still never received return information until two months later - which they wanted me to cover courier costs to get the item to an Australian post office to deliver an oversized heavy item to them.
I still haven’t been refunded and had to now refer the matter to department fair trading to get some resolution
They don’t care about Australian consumer laws or their customers making it impossible to return or exchange without extra expense to the buyers
Don't buy they deal with factory seconds and try to pass them off as new.
