I am very happy with my purchase and…

I am very happy with my purchase and especially the services provided after the purchase. Usually the retailer doesn't really care after the sale. The help i got was amazing and all the staff are always there to help. I dealt a lot with Wade who is so wonderful and always there to help. I have no hesitation to recommend this company and that is personal experience i had.

My ebike from mytopia is the best!…

My ebike from mytopia is the best investment for my health. It is a lovely bike to ride in itself with smooth gears. Add the battery and its amazing. 3 levels of pedal assist give flexibility to work hard, little or minimal. I now push myself to ride longer distances in the safe knowledge that i can get home if i get too tired to push the pedals! Quality of the bike for price is amazing. Its got everything including a tool kit, horn, mud guards, lights. It was delivered in 3 days! I have had excellent customer service with prompt reply to my question. I highly recommend this bike and mytopia.

Purchased a EUROGRILLE BBQ

Purchased a EUROGRILLE BBQ. Due to covid I didnt use it or unpack it until late last year (2020)
Within a month the handles degraded and the stainless steel is highly pitted at the edges. They claimed it was of the same quality as $4,000 BBQ's. Contacted warranty and they wont warrant repairs. I am absolutely disgusted and will take it to the ombudsman.

MMy experience with Mytopia has been excell. The bike I bought was great and matched expectations. When I followed up with a warranty issue (front light was faulty) I was amazed how quick was their response. New one on way within no time. Thumbs up to Wade who handled it

Great bikes with great after sales service…

Bought 2 ebikes after a mate from work recommended them. Bikes delivered in a couple days. Had a couple issues while away. But Wade was quick in replying to my emails and problems solved. All very minor.
Wades a lifesaver.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! THEY'LL SEND FAULTY ITEMS THEN ONLY REPLY WHEN YOU HASSLE THEM! NOT HELPFUL WITH RETURNS. ABIDE BY THEIR POLICY WHEN IT SUITS THEM BUT BRUSH OFF WHEN YOU TRY TO HOLD THEM IT. THE TELL YOU TO MAKE UNSAFE ALTERATIONS TO PRODUCTS SUCH AS DRILL HOLES TO GET YOU OUT OF THEIR HAIR.

In response to your reply .... I am in contact and nobody will help so I'm going to need to contact ACCC. It's not small parts it's large items that are faulty. No threading for bolts and parts chair backings that do not fit. Your customer services response is drill some holes. Wow super safe!

My emails have been going for days not 1 hour. Do not lie. I have the email chain.

Bad Customer Service and Slow Delivery

Ordered an item on the 13/1/21
up until 24/1 still not delivered
Delivery is through Hunter Express Sydney to Queensland
same excuse given all the time they blame Covid for slow delivery
Customer service and complaints can only be processed through emails no human contact by phone
Very little assistance given to speed up delivery process
Be careful using Mytopia i will not use again

I purchased a Rollator walker for my Elderly Mother .
Received the item and put together for her to have a look at . Was never rolled or taken outside to damage the wheels etc. I contacted them to arrange a return as this item was too large and awkward for my Mum to use.I was told I was unable to return as the box had been compromised ... I am so angry as this purchased was not used just taken out of the box . I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE OR EVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN

Brilliant..

Brilliant... Is the only way to describe my experience with Mytopia. Purchased an ebike for my grandson for Christmas and from start to finish has been a great experience. Have had a few questions and Wade from Mytopia has been so helpful in sorting out anything i have asked or needed. Highly recommend them. Will definitely be shopping from Mytopia in the future.

Electric Bike

did my online research. I found the bike I wanted to purchase. First I emailed and asked questions. I was sent links to manual for that bike I wanted and also the instruction video link. Quick response. Decided to purchase. Electric Bike was delivered very quickly even with covid-19 restrictions. I assembled. I made a couple of errors but I worked out what I wasn't doing right. Charged the bike overnight. I had to wait for my first ride as shift worker. When I did my first ride, it was a lot of FUN. I had a couple of other enquiries about product etc which were answered quickly. I bought this, as I'm older and my knees are not what they used to be, and that issue was stopping me from enjoying riding. So I use the peddle assist on hills. I don't use if not required. I've decided that this is fun and I'm now going to use it to travel to work instead of my vehicle. It just makes it enjoyable when your older, and I'm so pleased that I purchased this electric bike. Full marks to the after sales customer…

Full marks to the after sales customer service team. My Valk E bike battery wouldn't charge and I was about to take it away on holidays. I sent an email to the support team this morning and received an answer straight away (and a quick solution) so everything is now fixed and I'm ready to go. I received a rapid response ( and even a follow up). Thanks Michelle and Wade! Gives me confidence to use Mytopia again and recommend to friends. Regards Dallas

Really suspicious transactions

Really strange and suspicious way to purchase online. They have this stupid process where they do not just ship your item after you have paid within 24 hours as stated on their website, they credit your credit card 1-20 cents, which you have to confirm the amount to them and also confirm your shipping address (again). Back and forwards with them asking why this happens (as it is very strange - almost scam like) and asking to speak to a manager (never called me) and I have still not be refunded, but rather they say: "we need to validate the transaction first as part of the security procedure before we can complete the order. This process will help us fight online frauds and for the security of our customers as well. If you prefer, we can go ahead and create a manual order, cancel, and refund this website order you can pay via direct deposit or pay with your credit card onsite if you wish to collect the item instead." No idea - I am not in the same state so why would I pick up?!?! Not a good experience at all and will be taking it further if I am not refunded within 24 hours.

We try to protect our customers and ourselves from online fraud or misuse of credit cards.
That means your order may get held up due to our verification process required for fraud prevention. Our customers' online safety is a priority.

We understand the frustration however our customers are always at the forefront of our business.

Appauling customer service, lost a customer

I have never experienced such poor customer service, both on email and in person! I asked if the product purchased 6pc rattan outdoor furniture would fit in a van or would require ute/trailer, this would have been the perfect time to inform me it was flat packed into 1 large 60kg box, instead they just emailed me measurement of each piece. Upon arrival everyone was rude from customer service to forklift guy. I had to reverse trailer to which i was not experienced and got myself in a corner, then i moved and was told i couldn't park but there was nowhere else i could fit, only to find out i didn't even need the trailer! Then i was offered ZERO help when it clearly states there is help at the seven hills pick up. I am a small lady and struggled to tighten the ratchet straps and had to approach for help, i got mocked and laughed at, what a disgrace.

All the Box sizes are on the item descriptions which gives our customers a bit of an idea whether it will fit in their vehicles or if they need trailers.
We do share our parking area with other companies and sometimes our customers to park in the wrong areas which interferes with the other businesses so we do have over 15 parking bays available for pick ups. We do assist with bringing out the items and assisting with loading the items into the vehicles. Unfortunately when there are busy days, our warehouse forklift drivers cannot assist with tying or strapping down the items for you.
I am sure our staff did not mock you and I would be disgraced if other customers did so and for this I am sorry you felt that way.
