Service was prompt and price was…
Service was prompt and price was competitive for the Manthorpe Swift brick I ordered. A few comments however on the actual product. 1 - the entrance hole is far too shiny for a swift to grip on so needs roughening with a file. 2 - before installing, the inside really needs checking. Mine had a sharp (moulding) point which could cause injury sticking up in the middle of the floor that I needed to remove.

Ups and downs
My trade products delivered my item very promptly. However the description of the product lacked detail and the picture did not show the product well. The product was also deformed. A selling site should give detailed dimensions. Sometimes I wonder who describes items. Probably not anyone that knows which dimensions are important. And in this case the picture was a poor representation. This is an updated rating already posted.
