Pick up great, Return diabolical
Pick up great, took us to wrong drop off point but we knew area and re directed.
Return to airport diabolical. 40mins late pick up, contacted company after 15 mins but they could not contact driver. After 5mins they told me another 7 minutes. At this point I asked what do we do as told to arrive early due to EES change, reply was get a taxi and try and get a refund when you get home. As I didn't know any I told them to sort it, reply you asked me what I would do and that is what I told you. So afterlugging suitcases and han luggage down a hill to main road to find a taxi we approached a local hotel to book one. During this time the original taxi finally arrived. We got to airport late but managed run through airport to get plane. No apologies just stressed beyond belief

The transfer was not there when we…
The transfer was not there when we arrived, even though the booking was double checked a few days before. We waited 1.5 hours for a replacement service to arrive, late at night.

Driver was an no-show - an hour on hold
Driver was an no-show, and we received no support. Arranged a transfer at Copenhagen airport for my elderly parents. The driver was a no-show. No contact was made. After an hour on hold I was simply told that I’d receive a refund within 3 days.

Excellent service
Excellent service, the company contacted us the evening before to make us aware that we had made an error when booking . They contacted us and re arranged the booking. The taxi was so clean and air conditioned which was great. The company was there at the times we asked.

Airport pick up disaster
2 vehicles booked and paid for to bring us to our hotel on arrival at barcelona airport. Only 1 vehicle arrived and all 15 of us which included our friend who is a full wheelchair user had to squeeze into an 11 seater bus. Not good enough not professional and a complete let down and failure on your side. Full payment was made for 2 vehicles which one did not show up. Not only were we uncomfortable and over capacity on the minibus but my friend had to be carried(lifted) by us not even the driver helped to get her into the minibus as she is fully paralysed which caused a great deal of embarrassment to her. We put our trust into your company to make sure our friend that requires extra assistance doesnt feel different and unfortunately this was the case. Im not sure if I will re-book with this company for future transfers. Return collection from hotel to airport was very officiant with no problems and our driver which was the 5 seat vehicle was very professional and helpful. Its a shame that the pick up was a disaster.

Terrible. Booked and paid for a transfer from Malaga airport for my daughter. Driver did not show up, the numbers provided only sent generic automated responses, no answer to any calls, left stranded. I have since tried to contact in an attempt to get my money back and no response other than another automated message to send an email, where again no response. Can’t even say appalling service, as there simply was no service, just money taken and nothing else
