Returned item - refunded after three months
Bought a battery for a mobile Wifi router (HUAWEI E5577 AKKU HB824666RBC - 3000MAH).
The battery was delivered fairly quick but it was DOA (dead on arrival). I returned the item in May. A few emails were exchanged, and the last message from the client support was sent 2nd of June. It's now 9th of July, and despite my effort to resolve the case, they still haven't replied.
I'm just glad I didn't buy anything more expensive.
I really can't recommend this store/seller.
Update:
The item was refunded finally after three months.
While I'm glad this got sorted out, but I still can't recommend this store/seller.

This company is a fraud.
Ordered 2 covers for Iphones on 19.4.2020 Promissed delivery time 2-5 days.
Received an email with delivery/shipping confirmation on 20.4.2020, the company seems to be located in Finland. Normal delivery time with Posti inside Finland is 2 working days.
On 29.4.2020 still the package has NOT arrived.
I called several times the company (between 9 and 13 hr) and all I get is a message saying that I call out of working hours !
I sent an email asking for tracking information on 27.4.2020 I got an auto-reply saying that they will reply within 1 working day.
So far nobody reply my email or gave me tracking information to solve my problem.
My conclusion, this company is a fraud. Save your money, don't buy from them.
