Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Considering 115 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many customers reported being unknowingly enrolled in recurring subscriptions, typically for around £79 or €79, after a small initial payment. These significant charges were often not clearly disclosed on the website or during the transaction. Reviewers frequently found it difficult to obtain full refunds for these unauthorized subscriptions, often receiving only partial amounts. However, some people mentioned that the initial small payment for services like fast track or check-in often did not work as expected. Many also had to involve their banks to block unauthorized charges or dispute transactions, sometimes requiring card cancellations.

Charged 7€ for fast security track at airport Roma and QR code come after few hours. Don't work at airport. All is fake and some days later tried to charge me 10 times more money to my card. My bank advised me for a suspected fraud and freeze my credit card. I had to cancel it and wait for new one. Time is money but with them you loose both !!!!!

Read all the reviews and AVOID

Read all the reviews and AVOID. Non transparent, refuse to provide refunds. I was duped by this company. Paid £7 for a Fast Pass for airport security and whilst on holiday they debited my account with £79 and are refusing to refund.

Do not give card details

Do not give card details. Similar to other reviews, I signed up to get fast track for £5 in Berlin. Unfortunately, it wasn’t available on the day I wanted which wasn’t a problem however they Take the card details before telling you if available. 2 weeks later they’ve started trying to take £70 at a time

Hidden charges

I booked fast track security at Alicante airport with this company and that went well I have confirmation of that however they tried to take £73 from my account with no explanation. Thankfully my bank security kicked in and stopped the payment. Be very cautious dealing with them

£97 taken with nothing to show for it. Avoid!

I purchased 3 x fast track passes for Birmingham airport that never arrived. Then they took £79 out of my bank for a subscription I never even knew I’d signed up for. Despite trying to resolve this directly with the company they have failed to help and I have now had to go through my bank to help resolve this. My advice would be to NOT use this service. I am at a £97 loss and have nothing to show for it.

Avoid this company

Avoid this company, unknowingly signed me up to a subscription (something I would never do) debited 3 x 79 euros from my bank account without any communication from them.
When approached for a refund were unhelpful and obviously no refund! an offer of 20% of the last monies debited.
This all arose from a transaction of 10 euros….

Do not use this company

Do not use this company. Paid for a fast track for 1 flight and 5 days later they tried to take £79 out if bank. Thankfully my bank thought it was a suspicious transaction so text me about it, so I had the opportunity to tell them to decline it. Have now had to cancel my credit card so that they don’t take further payments, apparently when you buy a fast track for one flight they sign you up to membership service which cost £79 every few months. I’ve tried to contact them to complain and cancel membership but no one is responding.

MY TRIP ONLINE BAD EXPERIENCE…

JUST READ A REVIEW BY ADELLE STEVENS GB SEPTEMBER 2024

Exactly the same thing has happened to me. Tried to buy fast track and it was not delivered (told I was to late to get it) BUT they are keeping my 12 pounds for administration. Then today 79 pounds has gone out of my bank account for an annual fee, I never authorised this. What a company.

THEY REALLY NEED SHUTTING DOWN.

Only buy fast track through airport direct which I normally do but I was in a rush and this website came up first. I have learnt my lesson.

I really think this company needs investigating and taking out of business.
