Scammers and Consumer Rights Directive
Scammers. Beware if you sign up just for updates on a purchase you lose €79 because they join you as a member. All I had wanted was to check the online status of 1 x museum ticket €20 which wasn't even available. They took several hours to send the ticket anyway which is a breach in Consumer Law and renders it useful. I've asked for a refund of €99 and for for them to remove my details in line with GDPR - and will request a copy of my data and account deletion.
My lawyer advises that just because a company writes something in fine print doesn’t mean it’s legally enforceable. In this instance:
• It was certainly not clearly presented or communicated.
• It was bundled into a ticket sale deceptively by auto-adding a membership.
• I didn’t knowingly consent to it - by ticking a box when the consent of the terms were hidden or unclear
The average person wouldn’t expect a membership fee when just trying to buy a ticket, this likely to have have violated EU consumer protections to include:
• Unfair under the EU Unfair Contract Terms Directive (93/13/EEC).
• Misleading under the Unfair Commercial Practices Directive (2005/29/EC).

Scammers …
We thought we were checking on the Portuguese airlines and since it was our first time with them we did not question the online 1£ we thought that was their policy
Then the emails came & we saw the reviews so I had to block my bank card
Do not touch with a barge pole!
I initially thought this was a genuine check-in website for Wizz Air. Sadly, thought nothing of the initial £1 subscription, but then I had £79 taken out of my account for a 3-month subscription I wasn't aware of nor had authorised. Still trying to get money back from them (and my cardholder), but not optimistic. At least I have cancelled the recurring subscription :)
This is a real scam
This is a real scam. I had to just block my credit card because of them. I wanted to do an online check in for my Iberia flight and google redirected me to this services. I thought it was an external service that Iberia would use to handle online check ins. Immediately felt strange when I was charged 1€ for the check in service. I realised then somethings was wrong. I tried to speak to a customer services rep via chat and they kept me more than half hour asking to confirm things and replying very late. I told them I had in the meanwhile done the check in via Iberia and that I did not need their services. Today I was charged out of the blue 79 €. I called Visa and immediately blocked my card. When I tried to write to them asking to stop the services they charged me for without me ven realising it, all the emails were bouncing back. The telephone number they give is not active. Finally I was able to find a valid email address and I have sent my cancellation. This is pure fraud. Please don’t use this service. They seems to be in Nicosia but they payment went to Israel and they give a NON working uk telephone number.
DO not use this company
DO not use this company, l made the mistake of using them for online check in and paying £1 subscription. Since then they have made several attempts to take more money from the credit card...fortunately the transaction was flagged up and my card blocked.

SCAMMMMM
It's a SCAM!!!!
Last Saturday 17th of May I tried to do the check-in on a flight. I was charged one euro an never got any confirmation. I finally did my checking through the flying company (easyJet).
Today I was charged 79 euros out of the blue. This is a scam. A fraud. They robbed me 79euros.
Do not trust the website.
Do not use this site
Do not use this site, it’s a scam! Unfortunately, you may not realise until too late, as like me, you may be taken to it while checking in to a flight online, especially when in rush, and not realise they’re asking for unrelated info for normal checking in, like bank card details. Fortunately most banks have checks in place, so as long as you get onto it straight away you should be reimbursed. Still inconvenient to have to be issued with a new card and have to take the time to deal with it all.
Same here guys ,paid for boarding pass …
Same here guys ,paid for boarding pass then all of a sudden they charged me 68£ for a subscription that l wasn't aware off. Now refuse to refund !! AVOID!!

Title: Unfair Subscription Charge – Beware of Hidden Fees
I had a very disappointing experience with MyTripOnline. I was offered what seemed like a free trial to check flight information. However, without clear communication or consent, I was charged €79 for a subscription I never intended to use.
There was no proper reminder that the trial would automatically turn into a paid subscription, and I only realized it after seeing the charge on my account. I immediately cancelled the subscription and contacted support, but they refused to issue a refund, even though I never used the service.
This feels like a misleading and unfair business practice. I strongly advise others to be careful when using this site. Always read the fine print and monitor your bank account.
I hope the company will reconsider how it treats its users and handle subscriptions in a more transparent and honetly.
