I took the 15-hour CE Bundle for my DC renewal. It's an early day but the classes are very interactive. The students are happy to participate, our instructor Chris is great, he is very knowledgeable and brings a wealth of real estate experience to the classes and shares information about opportunities in the industry. I will be back for more classes, and I would definitely recommend Tristar Academy.

I signed up with Tri-Star Academy to complete my 15 hours of continuing ed hours to renew my DC Real Estate License. I clearly was dreading sitting from 7:15am to 11:15pm, (LOL) to complete the requirements to renew my license on 8/31/2023.
I am a repeat client of Tri-Star Academy. This morning when I logged in, I was hoping and looking forward to Chris being the instructor. To my surprise he was. Long story short. Chris Sinanan is an awesome instructor. His real life experiences dealing with clients are both informative and hilarious. Chris teaching technique makes the classes interesting and retaining. If you are considering getting your real estate license or need continuing ed hours, do yourself a favor and check out Tri-star academy!
