Chris is very knowledgeable and great instructor. I come back every other year for my DC 15 hour CE bundle classes. I always gain a lot more than a regular CE class and the time goes by fast!

Chris S. is the reason I take classes in person or by Zoom instead of online by myself. You don't get the wealth of information, knowledge or experience from answering standard questions online. Having the opportunity to ask "real life" questions and talk as a group for me is priceless. As agents we often times work solo and it is so inspiring to hear from other colleagues outside of your brokerage. This is the first time I've taken a class with Tristar Academy and will definitely take my classes with Chris again! He is a true real estate professional!

I've taken many CE classes...this was not only informative by conversations kept going which made the time go by faster. Chris was awesome...will take his CE classes moving forward.

By allowing everyone to read part of the material aloud, the instructor kept everyone engaged and participative. There was very good interaction with the students and the learning was made fun.
