I can't even begin to explain how great their service is; i haven't been with them for long but for the short time i've been using their service, i already know i'm going to be using ther service for a long time. Great customer service, great bonuses for businesses and resellers, kind and courteous staff. Everything is just awesome there, its like your own special little place that not a lot of people know about.

We can only say stay away from these con artists. They are the biggest bunch of lying scum around. They will lie to your face and put your company at risk with your customers. Since the first day we signed up, nothing but problems. It started out when we found out like the person below, that they have 1 email server for everyone that hosts with them. THEIR EMAIL SERVER IS BLACKLISTED BY 90% OF THE ISPS out there. So be prepared to get all your emails bounced back because they been blacklisted. Then they will continue to lie to your face saying they changed the IP address and everything works. For 5 days, it appeared like we were sending emails out without any problems. It turned out nothing was being sent. They removed our ability to not even send a single email. We sent several emails to ourselves using these idiots stmp server nothing. Switched it to our own, immediately we got them. We demanded an immediate refund, but once again they place more of their games. These people are the biggest bunch of scum bags round!

go away from this hosting company they will cheat you.. i have a shared account from them.. my site always encounter a downtime.. the told me my domain has some kind of attack so they can not host my account anymore.. they don't even give me a warning to fix my domain. so i ask a refund.. NO LUCK.. my $12 money wasted from them in just no less than 15 days... its a bad hosting company i've ever meet.. GO AWAY FROM THIS KIND OF HOSTING...

I've been a MyTrueHost customer for the past 3 years and using $1 Hosting services. I am really impressed by the company and its services, which I have never experienced earlier. Overall, it is good to go with the same company and I'm really lucky that I got the same. God bless and keep flourishing!!!

This company is a Con , They are Scammers . On their website they advertise 30 day money back guarantee , when i asked for money back upon getting really bad attitude from a support guy called Ben , he wrote Mytruehost.com do not need such clients and i should go back to my old hosting and then he ended the chat . Very bad .
Just pay a little extra to some reasonable company with some reputation but avoid these cons at all cost.

I just swapped from godaddy and I love it. Nothing goes wrong. Everything seems to work great here. Zero downtime, very helpful customer support and they really know what they do.

Mytruehost service is thoroughly well implemented. Hosting is reliable and competitively priced, control panels and dashboards have a great UX, all the branches of support (sales, billing and technical) are approachable and efficient. Definitely recommended.
