After using trust medical two times I’ve had a very great experience. On the second note I got, I must’ve entered the wrong DOB due to the note not having the correct date. Nick from customer support had the issue corrected in no time!

They were quick to assist me and the doctor i spoke with was very kind and patient. They really swooped in provided assurance

Quick and easy. Saved my life when I was feeling too sick to drag myself to an urgent care. I also needed an adjustment to the dates I requested, and they promptly helped me even though I reached out late at night. Highly recommend!

Trust Medical was a breeze! It was so simple to set up the appointment. I spoke with Jessica McGlone and she was great. She was pleasant, easy to talk to, and explained how FMLA worked. I had my forms within 24 hours. Normally, I dread dealing with doctors or anyone in the healthcare field, but this was one of simplest processes I've ever had to go through. I put off applying for FMLA because I figured it would be a nightmare, but it was a dream. This will take a load off my mind and help protect my job for when I'm too sick to go into work. I’ve used website three times, once for a drs note and twice for FMLA. It’s so nice being able to get FMLA filled out so quickly. I’d typically go to my PCP but it’s so difficult getting in to be seen in the timeframe needed. Trust medical will be my go to from now on. I work in healthcare and have even recommended this service to patients. I truly appreciate everything that has been done for me.

There are several online websites that Google lists for you to get a doctor's note from, and I am SO thankful I went with Trust Medical! Being my first time not going to a walk-in clinic for a note, and using an online service I was very anxious and uneasy with the whole process. But within just a few hours I got an email back letting me know my request was approved, and my doctor's note arrived! After 2 days I still felt sick and needed to extend my work note for an extra day so I reached out via email and Trust Medical's support reached out to me promptly and was able to send me a new note with the additional day added once approved by the physician! Talk about a stress reliever! When you are sick and feel bad, the last thing you want to worry about is paperwork and making sure HR is happy. I was able to focus on my health and feeling better! If I ever find myself sick again, I will absolutely use Trust Medical again! Wonderful service!

Trust medical company did me a good deal and helped me out when I was stuck they have been the best help I needed a work note and in the same day I got it delivered to my mail box I was impressed how fast it got took in care of thank you trust medical.

Without Trust Medical, I wouldn’t have been able to take my medical leave. I've used them twice due to grief and not wanting to pay $300 for urgent care to just get a day off work for something we should all be afforded. So far I've had no troubles and I've appreciated how cheap and fast it was. If that changes I'll update this review, but I can't say I've had any issues so far.
