I ordered a single tyre for my spare…
I ordered a single tyre for my spare from tyres.net said available and delivery up to 4 working days. Initially got a confirmation of order email from tyres.net then a handover email from mytyres.co.uk saying the order was now with their warehouse and could not be cancelled. This was the day following my order. Then I got a new email from tyres.net with a link to DPD in Germany saying the parcel was at DPD Oldbury being held by customs. I tried calling emailing mytyres.co.uk as their contact email and phone was on the email sent to me. My email to them bounced back saying unable to deliver and my phone call got answered by an AI chat bot which after ages of confusion got nowhere. I rand DPD Oldbury who said the tracking number I was given was not a DPD number. So basically I'm left hanging. Unable to clarify if the order will be fulfilled...... Should have paid more and used a UK based supplier
Diabolical communication
Got the wrong tyres, they can't seem to organise a return. You'll end up speaking to an AI robot, massively frustrating. Avoid this company as they're far to incompetent with a computer system that is rubbish.
Scammers, don’t use them
Scammers, don’t use them. I have to pay the fitting twice because the garage doesn’t accept their vouchers (mytyre never paid them). Raised few cases with them, after 3 weeks i never had any response. I contacted my bank for a charge back

Absolutely useless service. They don't tell you that tyres are shipped from Germany and once I've paid for next day delivery, 2 days later I found out that tyres wont be delivered until 8 days later. Now for the last 3 months I've been trying to cancel the order and get the refund and guess what. They delivered tyres after 11 days, took the money and now are not responding to my emails. You cant talk to real human being either, their phone lines are operated by an AI agent, which is unable to help you with the simply query - where is my refund????? Paid nearly £1.2k for the tyres I don't have and they are not responding to my emails at all. Daylight robbery. I consider this theft, there are no other words for such scam.
Awful
Awful. Order took a fortnight to arrive and only one tyre turned up. They sent DPD out to collect at my request and I'm still waiting for a refund 15 days later. Absolute joke. Avoid.
Have previously used Mytyres but avoid now
Have previously used Mytyres (a few years ago) and had good service but recent order has been terrible and based on other reviews I am not alone Seems like they have gone completely down the tubes. Here's an abridged version of the ongoing saga.
Ordered on 24th January with expected delivery time of in stock tyre being 4 to 5 days. Confirmation email immediately changed this to 6th February. Tracking information was non existent and kept saying expected by 6th February but no further details. Tried contacting them via "contact us" on 2nd February but no response. 6th February came and went with the same expected delivery date on tracking. Tried "contact us" again on 8th February. Also tried calling them only to be intercepted by their "AI" chatbot which kept pretending to type when "looking into it" and then would ask is there anything else I can help with. Impossible to speak to real person and went around the chatbot script several times before giving up.
Sent a cancellation email to their designated email address on 10th February. Still no response to anything
Submitted a credit card dispute on the 12th February having still not received the tyre or a response to any contact attempts.
Within 2 hours had an email from Mytyres (in response to my "contact us" to them on the 2nd February saying that original tyre had been held up in shipping and another one was now being shipped under a new order number at zero cost - and credit card dispute had been closed. Responded by email to say I had already issue a cancellation request since I had to source a tyre elsewhere. 3 days later received an acknowledgement of cancellation (of the replacement tyre and telling me they would refund me £0.00 - no mention of original charge)
I am therefore still in dispute since they seem to want to charge me for a tyre they never delivered and giving me £0.00 credit for one that they also didn't deliver.
Basically impossible to get in touch with them (other than a useless AI chatbot) and they only seemed to respond when I disputed via the credit card company.
Honestly go to Blackcircles or Asda tyres this company is no longer a viable option and I for one will never use them again.

No communication unable to track tyres on dpd system [kept saying not recieved] I tried Emailing came up address not known, 0800 not known.I used both automotive [robot] systems could not tell me where my tyres were.In the end I rang tyre company that was fitting my tyres GREAT tyres had arrived BUT no way of letting me know. Ordered 2 tyres delivery was to take place during a Tuesday the day after order. They never came as the postcode was wrong. Spoke to someone at customer service gave them correct postcode. We’ll send them out straight away… no two weeks wait for delivery. Asked for some sort of compensation we can give you 5% which worked out at £6.75. DERISORY. Some people on the so called helpline were just rude and ignorant.
Never delivered service
Paid for tyres and fitting. Never supplied the fitting voucher. When I raised support ticket they never sent it and by the time fitting came a few weeks after, still no voucher. Remember, the garage can charge storage if not fitted. Garage told me they had not been informed about fitting and told us they never pay them. Apparently it keeps happening. I paid the garage directly to fit and requested fitting refund. No response. I'm chasing refund with credit card company.
Zero stars at best
What a terrible company to order tyres from.
Order placed and confirmed for 2 goodyear tyres at a respectable but not cheap price.
Next day I get email saying 'out of stock' despite them showing more than 10 instock. They offered an alternative tyre which I had never heard off. Ok I will just cancel the order, easy right, wrong, this is when the fun begins, there AI bot is just dreadful "sorry can you repeat that" over and over. Finally get to the end and when asking for a refund to then be told there is no refund available for this item, I gave up.
I paid through PayPal and had to open a case and Mytyres still never responded to PayPal request, now PayPal is having to refund me my money back but, you have to wait xyz amount of days for this. Come on mytyres give yourself a shack.
Avoid at all costs
If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered 5 tyres on 19th Jan expecting delivery in 2-5 days as stated on website. No delivery and on 2nd Feb Mytyres cancelled my order giving no reason, then created a new replacement order I assume so delivery delay would be 'hidden'. I instructed them I no longer trusted them and requested cancellation and immediate refund of my £399.70 via Amex. They falsely claimed refund had been made and continued to make promises but refund to date (10th Feb) hasn't arrived. I am now pursuing with Amex. Company are impossible to contact except by messenger BOT. They send out norply emails and any published phone numbers are just answering systems so you can never get to speak to a human. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Its so hard to speak to a human I ordered tyres from here 3 weeks ago and still nothing has arrived. I would suggest never using these. Steer well clear. Bad bad news
What a mess..
What a mess... Good price for the tyres online, but getting the "fitting voucher" so the company could fit them was laughable.
The contact system via phone takes you thru to an AI system, total waste of my time. I then went for the online chat, again the AI system was pointless.. Eventually got thru to a "person" and they said they couldn't "print the voucher".. What!!, it's a digital voucher.. Thier advice was to pay the fitting centre and then send an invoice to mytyres!!!, what!!!
They then wouldn't issue the voucher until the tyres had actually arrived at the fitting centre. The tyres arrived the day before, but mytyres.co.uk didn't have that info, so their tracking was a mess.
Avoid, avoid, avoid.. If ever there was an online company trying to go out of business, this is it.., I hope the owners are aware of how poor their company is..
AI is NOT the answer when customers who have paid good money for a service are after information about their order..
Another major issue is that when you use the online contact form, it says they will get back to you in 48hrs... Two days!!!, are you nuts...

Avoid mytyre unless you want endless issues
OK, so I should've come here first and read the reviews.
First issue, they split the order, stating that it will be more efficient, they provided two delivery numbers for the 4 tyres, everything OK for now.
Here you notice that the tyres are coming from Germany not the UK, still OK, no issues.
One of the delivery order numbers was fake, for some other delivery in Germany, nothing to do with my order...
One order of two tyres arrived 2 weeks later, but still no sign of the other tyres, delivery number is now updated to a new number.
Mytyres saying all the tyres have been delivered, so I have the garage running all over the place trying to find them, only to find it was a fake delivery number...
Then mytyre getting all confused and stating I only ordered two tyres, good job I had all my order info, otherwise could have been another major issue.
Waited another 2 weeks, so we are 1 month now before delivery of the 2nd set of tyres arrived, so much for efficiency...
Issue at the delivery garage for fitting, mytyres are renowned for not paying, so have to pay an additional fitting fee at the garage as they won't release the tyres due to issues with mytyres...
Garage also stated that they have on numerous occasions requested that mytyres remove the fee for fitting or put the correct fee and start to pay up as they have never been paid by mytyre, this has been ongoing for some time between mytyre and the garage, not my issue, but due to this had to pay an additional £80 for fitting.
So, now I am awaiting a refund for the fitting, and from the look of these reviews, it'll be a long time waiting...
What an absolute farce, countless messages to whatsapp broken APP / AI that conveniently just crashes and waiting for an hour for a response to a question.
Absolutely shocking company
Absolutely shocking company. Ordered 4 winter tyres with estimated 2-5 working days delivery. They then final delivered 10 working days later with only 3 tyres. You can’t speak to anyone as it’s all AI and after contacting them through every possible method I got a response. No apology, no offer to send the 4th tyre just a notification to say the 3 tyres will be collected by DPD. They are the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. Avoid, avoid avoid!!!

i ordered and paid for two tyres, have heard nothing since, it is impossible to sprak to them directly, only robot calls. Now Im stuck, it turns out they prepend to be in the uk , the tyres are shipped from abroad, avoid this company they are a rip off.

AI customer service abysmal
No updates, AI customer service abysmal, and 1 week with no tyres. Web chat and phone call just get you AI responses, after an hour on webchat I think I got a human, but 1 minute later they were gone and I had to start again. Cancelled my order, but expecting to have to talk to my CC company to get money back. Don't believe delivery times, and find a UK based company who know what stock they have.

I am amazed that anyone in the uk has had a good experience with this company. As other reviewers have noted they are based in Germany but the website is set up to obscure this. Delivery was meant to be two and a 1/2 weeks but I got a cancellation just before. Getting in touch is not that easy. Email address on website doesn’t work and using the phone requires navigating around the patronising AI alloy. Had to contact 3 times to get a refund. Used F1 Autocentres who could not have been better.

NOT GOOD! Ordered a tyre on 15th January, expected delivery shown on the website was 2-3 working days. 19th January still no confirmed delivery date and their AI bot that answers calls (yes, that's the only THING that I was able to speak to), after it finally understood what I was coming with, told me that order has not been processed because my payment was pending. Note when a payment is pending, only the merchant can control it. Neither my bank or I could change the payment’s status. In essence they had the money. I really couldn’t wait any longer. On 19th January, using their online system, I cancelled the order and ordered tyres somewhere else (they arrived 2 days later). Yet on 20th January I received an email from MyTyres saying that “Due to the current high demand, the delivery of the ordered articles will probably be delayed by 3 days”. I ignored it, I cancelled the order the day before, didn't I. Surprisingly, on 23rd January I received another email, this time saying that their courier has been ordered to pick up my tyre and that it will be delivered around 5th February. They obviously sent me an invoice and thanked for my order too. They said they will debit my card as I instructed . Remember, I cancelled my order on the 19th as I no longer wanted the tyre. I phoned them 5-7 times, every time my call was answered by their AI bot. it did not let me speak to a human being and the bot was not able to assist in any meaningful way. It said I can instantly contact a real person via their online chat, which I tried. An AI bot starts the conversation whatever you do and tells that a real person will respond in 5 minutes. Took them about 90 mins to respond. At least this time it was a real person that was able to resolve the issue. They blamed the IT system for not cancelling the order. Very stressful encounter. Sorry, I will not be buying from them in future.
