This is a scam company

This is a scam company! Do not use at all costs!
Replacement tyre ordered for a brand to replace an original on a 3 month old car, I wanted the same as was fitted and on searching the internet this company came up. Day before the promised delivery date I received notification that the order was canceled and the reason given was 'other reasons'? Like that is a valid reason? They have given a fictious new order no and a revised delivery date 13/3/26, of which again has not happened! Will fight to retrieve my money through the issuing card company. My Tyres UK have a branch only 4 miles away so will be paying them a visit

Bot Cancelled

I waited over two weeks for delivery of four tyres. An email on the day of delivery said the order was cancelled. The only contact is with a bot. This is the worst business I have ever come across. It deserves no stars. Refund contact says KEINE,"none" in German. It's Delticom, a German company. Where did their efficiency go?

Crap company - do not use

Paid in full for 2 Michelin tyres, 4 days later, no email, no tracking provided. Called helpline and got some horrible AI robot which is really annoying. The Web chat is a total joke. AI, no human to speak to.Requested cancellation several times. Nobody replies. Some German owned Company. DO NOT BUY - you will never received your tyres.

Avoid if your in a hurry!

Ordered 2 tyres on 18/02/26, received 1 tyre on 30/02/26 even although they say tyres sent only in pairs🤷‍♂️
Numerous mails back & forward but no 2nd tyre!
Logged a dispute with credit card provider & low & behold, 2nd tyre arrives 4 days later.
They lie & bull%%it you about sending & in-stock tyres.
Avoid Avoid if you want tyres within a month or two.

Don’t use

Don’t use. Ordered tyres in feb, no delivery over weeks, you can’t contact them, telephone line is not working. Really frustrating I tried to cancel no response.

Ordered and Paid

Ordered and Paid, nothing after 8 days. AI bots answer the phone, webchat no better; you get told you are in a queue but can spend hours waiting, even if you are 1st in the queue, no one will answer your call. Will never ever use again. Totally useless!

They promised tires within 3 days

They promised tires within 3 days, after 3 days I contacted them and the time increased to a week and a half, I requested a refund, they sent a letter to cancel the order, I can't get the money back for 2 weeks, they say that the money was returned, but it is not in my account! AVOID THIS OFFICE! Beware of them!

Good value but delivery can be slow.

Good value, all delivered as ordered.
Delivery was so slow. If they were just honest and managed expectations, customers would probably not leave so many negative reviews. (Rather than claim 90% of orders delivered in 2 to 5 working days.)

Refused fitting even though pre-paid

Local company in Southampton, Wessex Tyres refused to fit the tyres. They said this company is a nightmare and they dont get paid so refused to fit the tyres without paying an additional £20.00 per tyre even though I showed the invoice and voucher. They said 'try contact them yourself'. I tried the phone number which just answers with a 'white noise', the whatsapp is unanswered and they just have a chatbot. I have to leave without tyres being fitted as refused to pay twice.

Drivers are awful

The drivers of this company are awful. In traffic at some roadworks, seen the driver and passengers launch rubbish out of the windows including full cans which exploded on the side of the road. They are lucky is didn't hurt a worker or cause a crash, then they sped off at 100+ mph as soon as they could. Dangerous driving, hope I never encounter them again

Can't really fault them

Was a little wary after reading some of the reviews but I ordered 4 x Tyres on 14/02, they were all delivered to the garage 10 days later (which was a week earlier than expected) with no issues and I had them fitted the next day.

There was a slight issue that I didn't get the fitting voucher so I was advised to pay the garage direct and submit an invoice to claim it back.

I submitted the invoice and had the refund back in my account a few days later with no problems.

Would be 5 stars if it weren't for the slight hiccup with the fitting voucher.

Stay far from them

Stay far from them. They’ve cancelled my order with no reason and never got money back. Also their live chat and phone number doesn’t respond!!! Be warned!!!!!

A toaster is more helpful

I ordered snow tyres as i was going to the Alps. 3-4 days delivery so plenty of time!!! 3 days to confirm order, eventually after 8 days I contacted customer service. what a joke call, message, or web chat you get the same useless bot, my toaster could do a better job, eventually I was told they would arrive a week on friday, too late for my trip. cancelled the order but had to wait the week end to have it confirmed. ordered from a competitor and they arrived next day.

These guys are sooo bad

These guys are sooo bad, Very long lead times on tyres to UK.
Tracking is a joke as it ends on the border of Germany, then tells you the order has been completed, even though it has not even arrived in the UK.
As other say customer service is virtually non existent, mainly a AI bot that cannot understand English, even if by some miracle you get through to a human they have no idea where your tyres are and say it will turn up some time in the future, good bye and phone down.
Terrible service - I will never use these guys again.

Avoid paying upfront for tyre fitting

Avoid. They lure you in with slightly cheaper tyre prices then scam you on fitting costs. I paid up front for fully fitted tyres selecting one of their partner fitting stations in the area, but they never sent any fitting voucher. On contacting the fitting station, they told me they no longer accept vouchers as the company never pays them. The tyres did get sent to the fitting station but I had to pay for the fitting twice. The AI phone bot is useless and you can’t speak to a real person.

First and only Mytyres purchase.

Tracking numbers not recognised. Conflicting information between Mytyres and DPD. Absence of response from mytyres, except when a refund was requested. Price for the tyres was excellent but the hassle encountered in just trying to get the missing 2 ( out of 4 ) tyres, was certainly not worth the saving. NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered a single tyre for my spare…

I ordered a single tyre for my spare from tyres.net said available and delivery up to 4 working days. Initially got a confirmation of order email from tyres.net then a handover email from mytyres.co.uk saying the order was now with their warehouse and could not be cancelled. This was the day following my order. Then I got a new email from tyres.net with a link to DPD in Germany saying the parcel was at DPD Oldbury being held by customs. I tried calling emailing mytyres.co.uk as their contact email and phone was on the email sent to me. My email to them bounced back saying unable to deliver and my phone call got answered by an AI chat bot which after ages of confusion got nowhere. I rand DPD Oldbury who said the tracking number I was given was not a DPD number. So basically I'm left hanging. Unable to clarify if the order will be fulfilled...... Should have paid more and used a UK based supplier
