Excellent customer service, especially since this was my first use of this service and had many questions.

This is my first time using My UK mailbox. It was great experience. Special shout out to Jon Ball who was very helpful and provided fast replies to my questions concerning using their service and especially the customs declaration form. My order was carefully wrapped and I received my package in great condition. I will be using them for all my UK purchases from stores that don't offer international delivery.
PS: Because my items were small I used the starter account with no fee. If you're thinking of placing large orders then i suggest you looking at their premium paid services.

This was my first item I’ve purchased that needed international shipping and myukmailbox made it simple. I attempted to use another company first but before I began I had questions so I emailed support and got no answer in two days. I felt uncomfortable and found myukmailbox. Emailed support and got answers to my concerns and proceeded with my purchase. The following day I got an email from the original company. I was shocked a total of four days for support to respond. Do to the time difference in the US and UK, support even from myukmailbox even let me know that it was past end of day for them and I wouldn’t see things changing until following business day. I couldn’t have been happier. I needed a phone from the UK due to the US not having physical SIM card slots. So it was an expensive item that I wanted to ensure made it safely and not have issues with importing to the US. Support recommended to use there repackaging service in which they would ensure my package was boxed correctly for international shipping. Very happy I did this as well. They made me feel comfortable offered all the right services and many shipping options. My item arrived in two days safe and sound. I will use them any time I require these services and will recommend them for sure.

My experience was the best possible experience. This was my first time ever using a forwarding company like this. Setting up my account was easy and simple. My package was received and UKmailbox notified me the moment it arrived and gave me choices of how I wanted it packed and shipped. My package arrived faster than packages I’ve had shipped within the United States. Thank you UKmailbox for the best experience. I will likely be using them more often!

Everything was perfect for the entire process - I got a notification within 24hours from the delivery of my goods and from their dashboard I chose DHL Worldwide Delivery. Next day, I had my package delivered from UK to Italy!

My first time with a huge 60KG delivery from UK to South Africa with MyUKmailbox - split into three boxes and sent via DHL. Expertly packed, fast consolidation, excellent service!

The cost of shipping was extremely expensive.
The rest of the process was great. If shipping could be priced more reasonably I'd keep my subscription but it's not something I could justify again

This was my 1st time using myUKmailbox. It was recommended in one of my Bookish groups a few times and while I was nervous to use it, I'm so glad I did! Setting up the account was a breeze. Special Edition books take a while to ship so there were several months between my order being placed and actually receiving my order. As soon as the books arrived at my mailbox, I was notified via email by my UK mailbox with a link to take next steps. I took a star off because at this point, I needed to change my address to ship to my new address in the US; however, despite changing the address on my account, it would not change the delivery address for the order. It wasn't a huge problem for me since I still own the property it was being delivered to and there may have been a way to do it that wasn't obvious but is worth looking into if you're in a similar situation with a potential move. Otherwise, they gave a number of different shipping options at different price points and within 5 days, I received my package. Package was in excellent condition. I would absolutely use this service again.

My parcel was forwarded to me quickly and efficiently, but the cost was prohibitive.

I was amazed at how quick and proficient MyUKmailbox at handling my parcel. They acknowledged receipt of the parcel within an hour of it being delivered and once I paid for the shipping they shipped it out the same day.

I have used parcel forwarders in the USA many times before, but have never had such a quick service as with MyUKmailbox.

I did not appreciate how I had surprise payment due upon delivery. I thought all cost of shipping was being reported in the shipping cost I was given.
