Customer Service
Hello, today I tried to create an account and they would not accept my school email, I opened a support ticket, and about 4 difference people were answering, but primarily Ben was the best, the rest: Raghavendra, Mandeep, Dorottya were all sending the same copy and paste text:
"In order to verify your account, we need you to provide us with a personal school email address, up to date student ID card or document with reference to your school, college or university.", when Ben is actually trying to fix my issue, I still cant make an account regardless of me doing everything asked, I find it so ridiculous. You need to fix your customer service.

Missing transparency about coupon availability.
All the Coupons are more or less irrelevant and you Notice at checkout that all of the products are not viable for the coupon. Would like to see more transparency about this issue in the Unidays website!
