Purchased a Hugo Boss watch for my fiance to open on our wedding day - very happy with the product and the price was very competitive! Customer service experience was also good, the cushion within the box arrived damaged, but was sent a new one in the post straight away. Product arrived very quickly. Only downside I tried to use the Live Chat function on the website a couple of times but no answer, my email was answered very quickly though! Highly recommend.
