Thought I was buying my wife a nice Armani watch for her birthday but turns out this company tell you there watch's are new but sent me a second hand one with a broken watch tattered booklet and 2 broken boxes, made me look very silly an would not recommend this site to my worst enemy and with your response your still not getting away from the fact you advertised new goods an sent poor second hand

We are very sorry to hear your extremely rare situation. We did offer a full refund including return postage or a replacement watch to be sent out, of which you rejected and demanding a replacement plus money.
One of our staff members then felt very concerned by the language you were using, such as “I wish I could talk to you face to face”, “you have taken the piss out of me”, “I want the refund and money in my bank in the next hour”, “I’m fuming”.
Due to the nature she felt she was unable to continue conversation with you, and therefore we contacted eBay directly to open the return request that you refused to do.
Upon receipt of the item, as per our returns policy we will offer either a full refund or send out a replacement.

I did an order on the website...
Seems there was some kind of bug in it.
However the store responded and communicated very well.
Problems happen, but the way they solved it was very nice !
Also the communication was really good.
The store told me that i better ordered true ebay, there i live outside the UK and there you can see that they have lots of happy customers.

I was looking for a Christmas treat for…myself
I was looking for a Christmas treat for myself and having already purchased similar large dial Diesel watches from other sellers I found this item by MyWatches on eBay - I did find the same watch for a cheaper price with other sellers but on reviewing the images there were different colour dials and straps advertised on the images with the same specifications and model numbers which were confusing and the exact watch I wanted to purchase was not clearly endorsed.
I bought with MyWatch as the exact timepiece I wanted was specified and still at a reasonable price.
The item was delivered within 2 days and I am very impressed with it.
