Hi I’ve also want to express my disappointment in realising that posting 4 teepee connectors in an envelope does not cost £7 in postage but merely £2. I didn’t think I was ordering from eBay where seller tries to make money off of postage. Pathetic really.

Ordered 4 teepee connectors at a cost of £15.99 with delivery charge of £6.96. When arrived had been sent as a large letter at cost of £1.83. Contacted company privately to express my disappointment. Received a reply advising that things such as going to the post office are factored into delivery costs. Really! Unfortunately couldn't and wouldn't recommend.

After being let down by another company for a teepee my mum recommended myweeteepee. I ordered the eevie rose bundle which is gorgeous and I'm sure come xmas my little girl is going to love it. Beautifully made and excellent customer service. I messaged to ask about shipping and they replied quickly and were polite. Shipping was also speedy. Thank you so much :)

I ordered the evie-rose bundle on monday morning at lunchtime & received it the next day at lunchtime 😊and wow it's worth every penny.It is such good quality & it's handmade in the uk,good to be supporting local businesses.My two year old grandaughter is so going to love her Christmas present & I'm sure she is going to have years of fun with it 😊Thank you myweeteepee.

I bought my "princess Charlotte" teepee for my daughters 1st birthday. I received excellent service, my messages were all answered promptly and I had constant up-dates. My teepee is beautifully made and my girls have had hours of fun playing in it. I am so happy I made the decision to purchase my teepee from such a wonderful family business. I would highly recommend !

Just Love MyWeeTeepee , they went above and beyond both in quality of my order and customer service (after I had a bad experience elsewhere, beforehand). They were nothing more than helpful and accommodating. Lovely teepee, great thick quality and finished to high standard. I truely wish MyWeeTeepee nothing but success and would certainly buy from them again; product quality and choice was excellent in comparison to companies alike, and pricing is very competative. I even received my order within 3 days of ordering, right before Christmas! cant recommend enough , they truely are a great company to buy from. Highly Recommend! +++

After sadly being let down by a previous company, Myweeteepee was recommended to me. I immediately contacted them with very little hope of placing an order so close to Christmas, but I was amazed to be reassured that there was a great chance of having a beautiful Teepee for my daughter after all. I had constant communication with the company owner and she exceeded my expectations with her level of professionalism. I was given all the relevant information when waiting for my order and I was given step by step instructions for maximum sturdiness.
Like most companies there will always be problems but it is how you deal with the problems that make not just a good company but a great company. My order unfortunately did have some problems (but i do not see the point in divulging as it has no relevance) all I can say is that even this was dealt with efficiently and professionally.
Hence why the 5 stars!
