This was my first experience with MyWheels, and it was a very nice trip. The electric cars are a little tricky to start and drive at first, but it was my first time driving an electric car. Overall, the experience was very comfortable and completely noise-free.

Is very handy to get a car in case you need.
But honestly I do find it super expensive. Now 2 hours 50 km and 35 euros. Is quit a lot. I hope you will reguse a bit so people can use it more often

We rent a car for the hole day. The car is broken and we can’t use it. We have to pay 50€ to the hospital because we can’t change the appointment, the car company my wheels, will charge us more if we leave the car that is broken and we couldn’t use.. We are two hours waiting for nothing and paying because we got no refund or even another solution, like another car for us to do our appointments. Worse costumer service ever, worse car rental ever. This is not the first time it happens but is surely the last time we use this company or that we point it to someone else. Worse experiencie ever!!! And even calling to them, we needed to call several times and took so long waiting to ear that they will not do anything about it. Perfect service when you want money and don’t give a sh!t about costumers.

Good and very easy check-in. Unlocked the car with my phone and all was good. There was only a small problem. So they said my ride was fuel-included and that I had to fill in gas with the fuel card inside the car. The card didnt work so I had to pay for fuel myself but their customer service told to pay and send them the receipt tomorrow reimburse. All in all, MUCH MUCH easier than renting from rental companies. You find cars across the city and no need to go to a pick-up point.

I’ve been trying to resolve a wrongly issued parking fine with MyWheels since early September. I provided clear evidence, including photos and trip data proving that I parked the car correctly and followed all procedures.
For weeks, I heard nothing back despite sending multiple emails and appeals as well as messages on all possible channels. MyWheels only replied after my first Trustpilot complaint, saying on 30 September that the payment collection would be paused until further clarification. Since then, absolute silence. No updates, no answers, and now, weeks later, their debt collection agency is contacting me again for payment.
It’s incredibly frustrating to see that the only way to get any reaction is to post a public review. I’ve done everything right and provided all proof, yet MyWheels continues to ignore this issue. Their lack of communication and accountability is completely unacceptable.
If this continues to be ignored, I will have no choice but to escalate this through consumer protection authorities.
