This is a complete scam. I find myself having to pay more than €250 in fines for a one-day rental even though I asked for justification and received nothing. I am in the process of litigation. It is a total disgrace!

Reliable, assisting, fair prices and exceptional support. I love My Wheels and I always trust it to rent cars.

The company charges an exorbitant fee for km that should not be allowed. The prices are similar to other apps, until the price for the distance ammounts to double what you payed for the car rental.

Never again. I was in contact with MyWheels after I got fined for returning my car to the exact spot I picked it up from. My lease ended two days prior to the fine being issues and I returned the car to the exact same spot where I picked it up. Nowhere in the app did it say I would have to return it to a different spot or plug in the charger, which is completely misleading. No instructions were provided that I should return it elsewhere or plug in the charging cable, which is completely misleading. I have never owned an electrical vehicle and if the correct information is not provided, how am I supposed to know that I am not allowed to park it where I picked it up? Hence, the correct information was not provided to me through the app during my rental.
I am furious and will never use this company ever again. I am ok with making a mistake and doing it wrong, but how am I supposed to know that I shouldn't return it to the parking spot where I picked it up from?

I have been using MyWheels for 5 years and 49 trips. I have been enjoying it. However, the last trip forced me to write a negative review about it, because sadly it seems that only when I complain on trustpilot will MyWheels react and solve the issue.
On 12th September, my car broke down during a trip. MyWheels arranged roadside assist which made us wait 3 hours by the road - fine, I don’t think it’s their fault and I think it’s good that they are accessible during an emergency. When calling the emergency number, I was reassured that the trip won’t be fully charged and that MyWheels will compensate the cost of taking the train back home.
Here is where it became difficult: after the trip, I still received the bill for the entire trip. I want to have the invoice corrected and train tickets reimbursed. On 13th September, I sent a message in the app about this - no reply. On 15th September, I wrote to support email (as instructed by the customer service during the call) - no reply. Meanwhile I received a reminder email to pay the bill. On 27th Sep I tried to contact them again via a general “send us a message” - no reply while they said they typically reply in 2 days. On 29th September, I made a 4th attempt by sending a message via the in-app “Help” center - still no reply yet…I don’t know if you will ever get help from an agent when you don’t have an ongoing reservation. All I got is a robot that only repeats what is already written down. Very frustrating!
EDIT: as suggested by MyWheels comment below, on 5th Oct, I sent an email again to with the suggested title. Still waiting for a reply.
Edit 2: on 8th Oct, issue resolved.

Cars always available in Leiden and in good status.
Kms packages very convenient.

I have used MyWheels dozens of times and have found it very convenient. However, I can unfortunately no longer recommend MyWheels based on my recent experience.
Several days after a recent rental, I was informed the subsequent renter couldn't find the keys, and I would be charged 1000 euro for a replacement. I know for a fact that the keys were in the car when I left it, but I have of course no way to prove that. The message I received from MyWheels offers the option to object to the fine, which I did immediately.
Instead of a response to my objection, MyWheels has attempted to debit me for the 1000 euro, which is it now threatening to send to collection.
More than a month after I received a notice, I still have not received any kind of response acknowledging the objection, depite sending multiple emails to support@mywheels and account@mywheels, pers@mywheels, and responding directly to Marit@mywheels. MyWheels does not permit calling about the fine.
I did not want to write this review---one of the first I have ever written for any company or product---but I feel I have no other avenue for contacting the company at this point, and am hoping someone will respond.
If MyWheels had responded to my objection and provided sufficent evidence that I lost the keys, I would have accepted responsibility and paid the fine. But at this point, it feels like MyWheels is intentionally ignoring my emails so the company can take 1000 euros from my account without providing any substantive evidence to support the fine.
I see someone from MyWheels is reponding to reviews by requesting the reviewer email support@mywheels. I will gladly do that, but be advised that I have emailed support@mywheels several times in the past month and have not received a response.
Edit: I emailed MyWheels (again) on 30/9 as directed in the reply, and still have not recieved a response. Please respond to my email.
Edit: After a month an a half, I have finally received a response from the company in which they stated the car was left on, and was taken by "third parties" who likely stole the key, and the fine was reduced to 270 euro. It seems like a fairly significant liability that a car that is accidentally left open can be driven by "third parties."
In any case, due to the length of time this took to resolve, and my concern that a similar situation could occur again and I would have no way to reach the company, I will no longer be using MyWheels.

I am using trustpilot for a long time, but had a trouble yesterday with an operational error. However, they recently added a chat in-app and their response is quick and to the point, and solved my issue quickly.

Edit : after a long battle and getting in touch with some key people the issue finally got solved. This shouldn’t be needing months of battle and using alternative channels than the customer support though, but at least I can move on.
Scam, liars on trustpilot.
To mywheels : stop telling people to write to the support and start answering. It's been 5 months. Respond to the email with title Trustpilot - complaint - Zoe K-545-BZ - 20th may.
I've already gave a review on trustpilot : they rent dangerous cars and make us pay for it. This company should be sued for malpractice.

From the best service they became the worst. I prepaid ~70 euro for 4 hour trip (long distance), in the end trip was ~85 euro. I'm not using MyWheels often, so I forgot to pay 15 euro extra. After ~1 month they gave my so called debt to a collector agency. This is nuts! Of course I paid 15 euro that I simply forgot to pay and told collector agency to go to hell. Closing my account

First time using MyWheels, downloading the app and signing up is an easy process.
We found our car no problem, took a few minutes to understand the process, taking pics of potential damage etc. to start the trip.
Car was in good condition and drove great.
Good experience and will definitely use MyWheel again in the future.

The application works fast, is super easy to find the car and to start riding.

Never use them. Greenwheels is FAR better. The MyWheels app is constantly faulty, their emergency number does not work, the chat helpline is often unable to help. Horrible experience, after being subscribed for one week i cancelled my subscription and went back to GreenWheels

My experience with My Wheels was frustrating and unprofessional.
I received a notification for a parking fine six months after the incident date. The company gave me a 14-day deadline to pay or appeal.
I attempted to appeal the charge, as I was correctly parked. However, My Wheels did not respond to any of my emails. Not possible to talk with anyone.
Before the 14-day deadline had passed, the company charged my card for the full amount of the fine!
Additionally, they charged me a €20 administrative fee, because they paid the fine late and passed on part of that cost to me.
The lack of communication, the premature charge, and the extra fee for an issue caused by the company itself is unacceptable. Avoid
