Fantastic service from Kristian and Matthew. They assembled my corner sofa bed in no time at all and were extremely helpful with instructions and tips. My only grumble was that the bed didn't come with the wooden slats as ordered but Kristian was super helpful explaining that I could get these delivered and fitted or I could have a refund.

Excellent customer service... we needed to order parts to change our old corner sofa from a 4 seat to a 3 seat. Very helpful staff, parts arrived fitted perfectly and colour matched really well. Couldn't be happier!

Fast delivery, clear instructions, great quality and comfy. Was worried that it might not fit in my loft conversion but there was no issue. Great all round.

Quite incredible getting a custom sofa bed delivered 3 days after placing the order. Initially thought it was a mistake on the website.

Paid a bit extra for the delivery and install to the second floor.

Kristian and his colleague were courteous and efficient, took time to show us how easy it is to setup the bed then took away the rubbish leaving us with a new sofa with no fuss.

Easy to use website. We were able to create the exact sofa we wanted at the exact size needed. Ordered in advance and quick answer when I enquired closer to delivery date. All delivered on time and the guy that fitted it on his own did so politely, efficiently and in rapid time! He was not happy with the quality of one of the legs and arranged for a replacement which was delivered a couple of days later.
Had to buy a modular sofa due to our stairs and house set up and worried about the quality. But our Nabru sofa is holding its own so far. Had it 3 weeks and it is very comfy. Not sure how long the cushions are going to remain plump but we know they are easily replaced with this style.
Couldn't have asked for better service and time will tell how the sofa manages, but so far so good. Thanks Nabru!

Amazing service from start to finish. Can’t recommend this company highly enough. Easy to order, very speedy to make, flexible in delivery ( had to change dates twice and they were so helpful), delivery punctual with lots of comms. Outstanding driver Christian who assembled it and was really polite, friendly and helpful. Love my new sofa too!!! Thank you Nabru. I had my first sofa from you 15 years ago and it was great. After several failed attempts to get a sofa that fits up my spiral staircase, this place was my last hope. They said they guaranteed it would fit anywhere. I still had my doubts but they were right. Not only that but the sofas come in really nice range of styles and fabrics. It’s a really comfortable sofa and looks great in my living room. Kristian, who delivered it was also super helpful. Will definitely be using Nabru for the sofa bed when I buy it.

His name is Kristian and he was superb. He texted me twice throughout the day with his arrival time and then also called me to make sure that was okay. He was a pleasure to meet. A very knowledgeable gentleman who answered any questions I had and showed me what he was doing while he was doing it incase I ever need to change a cushion or anything myself.
He was extremely polite and a credit to the company!

We purchased a sofa, armchair & two footstools from Nabru. The ordering process was easy on their excellent website. We are OAP's in a first floor flat with limited access so elected to include the fairly priced Nabru delivery to room & assembly service. After placing our initial order we decided to add matching cushions, which was also a simple procedure, with additional first class service, thank you Dan. On our chosen day, the delivery was on time and expertly assembled by professional, courteous and thorough Alex. Many individual pieces of every shape and size quickly morphed into our selected furniture. No mess, no struggle, no problem. We are delighted with our Nabru purchases, which happened by chance as we discovered Nabru's internet presence just before setting out for one of the big furniture chains with our pre-selected order. Had we done that we would have needed to spend £3K more than we did with Nabru. Happy bunnies? You bet!

I simply wanted new foam filling for my existing Nabru corner sofa I got about a decade ago. After finding my original order, I was offered the correct part. I offered to collect the part myself from the showroom but they were happy not to charge shipping in this case. All adds up to a relatively hassle free service. Changing the filling was hard but quick!

Fantastic help and advice when buying replacement covers for an inherited suite. Samples requested in order to choose the correct combination were prompt, as was the two day delivery from order to delivery.

I purchased a 3 seater sofa and chair recently from Nabru. The availability of material samples and excellent images of sofa's greatly helped my selection of both design and material. On day of arrival everything turned up strongly wrapped in protective foam and strong protective film. The build process was very easy and took me around an hour to do the sofa and chair. For anyone with difficult access to the room of choice this sofa is 100% to go to product. The largest part is the size of a large suitcase so you could easily put it at the top of a lighthouse even!! Thank you for an excellent experience.

A sofa for forever! We bought our sofa 16 years ago from Nabru and are still in love with it.

We have changed the covers once when we redecorated and replaced a few of the back cushions. Customer service made this super simple and idiot proof for me 😂

Now we are moving out of our current home into a small cottage where the current set up will not fit. So with the help of customer service we are completely redesigning the current large L shaped sofa, breaking it into two pieces, adding arms and a footstool and completely recovering.

They have been so helpful and even put it all together for me so once I’m ready to order I just click a link!

Really pleased with my new Como sofa. I've had it for a little over a week now. Delivery and assembly went perfectly through narrow twisty corridors an assembled sofa can't fit through. It's true to the colour of the fabric samples and most importantly is super comfy. Highly recommend!

The service from nabru was excellent, they could not have been more helpful, and when recieved the sofas were far above expectations. Only problem going to Guernsey and their shipping agents were totally useless, told numerous lies to nabru and customer,such a shame as the products were of superb quality and value.
