Excellent service from Nabru.
Ordered sofa; received an email to notify that the fabric id chosen wasn't available and would be in stock approx 2 weeks.
Because I needed the sofa sooner and wasn't too fussed about the exact fabric I was able to swap to an alternative similar fabric.
The sofa arrived on the expected delivery day; we had excellent contact from Kristian about the estimated delivery time.
We decided to build the sofa ourselves and Kristian gave some tips on building it; the instructions were quite straightforward once we'd identified the parts.
Took about 30 minutes to build/ pull the fabric covers on.

Kristian kept me informed of his estimated time of arrival and informed me about the procedure for constructing my sofa bed. He was polite and friendly and took time to explain the bed mechanism. He also showed me how to finess the fitting of the cushion covers.

I needed to replace our old leather recliners and wanted a corner sofa to make best use of space. After a lot of research, I decided to look into Nabru as I have limited space along one wall but wanted as much seating as possible - Nabru was the only one that could do this. I only live about an hour for the Bradford showroom so we decided to visit on the Sunday as I wanted to see the difference between the standard and soft seating and the narrow and curved arms. We ordered there and then and booked assembly and delivery for the Tuesday, (this was at about 1pm on the Sunday). The next morning at 7.15am, I received an email apologising but they didn’t have enough of the chosen fabric to fulfill my order and it would be about a week. That was fine by me as it was still much quicker than anywhere else anyway. Sure enough, delivery was arranged for the following Tuesday - I received a confirmation email on Monday and at 8.15am, a phone call from the delivery person. He arrived at 9am, brought all pieces in and set to assembling the sofa. All I can say is wow - it’s so much better than I expected and the fabric was well worth waiting for, (Enzo Cream). With a footstool as well, this is a great sofa, fits perfectly in the space and makes the room feel so much bigger. We went for the soft seating in the end and after sitting on it for two days (working from home), I don’t have any complaints. If you’re teetering on the edge of a purchase, go for it - lovely quality, doesn’t look like a self assembly sofa, comfortable and excellent value for money. I’m definitely recommending Nabru to everyone I speak to.

Love my new sofa bed. Talked myself out of my first choice fabric for practicality, but received a call the day before delivery was due to say the fabric I’d chosen would be 1-2 weeks. So I went back to my first choice fabric. It meant that delivery was delayed from Friday to Monday (deducted a star for the late notice), but on the Monday it turned up promptly, was efficiently assembled and is really lovely - so really glad I got the fabric I really wanted in the end.

From start to finish Nabru delivered everything promised. The description of our chosen sofa was spot on. And delivery was quick and easy to organise. Thank you, we love our new cuddle chair..our dog also loves our new cuddle chair.

Quick delivery and messaged when near arrival, quick to put together by the chap. Excellent sturdy sofa - so pleased, would recommend.

We have a really tight staircase and have tried and failed to get three sofa beds in. Keen not to compromise on the size of the bed, I was excited if a bit sceptical when we came across Nabru. Today our lovely three-seater Como sofa was delivered and went straight up. Fantastic service all round - thrilled.

The website was really easy to use. The the modules had lots of customisable options and compared to other build your own sofa companies, the price was extremely reasonable.

The customer service was also amazing as we had to move our delivery dates around quite a lot.

On the day of delivery, Kristian was very communicative. He let us know an approx. time regularly throughout our time slot and was extremely helpful once the delivery came too. 10/10.

My delivery experience with this company was not great. I ordered on the 3rd January and agreed the delivery date of 17th January. I took a day off work and at 10.45 received a forwarded on email saying my sofa had not been loaded and would not be delivered that day but the next, which due to work I could not do. I phoned 'service' and after 2 calls backs I asked for the following Tuesday before 10am. I received it at 1.30pm.

I would have appreciated more notice of cancellation, as I felt let down with the late notification.
Once I had verbally agreed the following Tuesday date, I still had to chase 'service' for a confirmation email and again the day before the delivery was due, because no notice of delivery was ever emailed.
The sofa is nice once assembled, it was harder to put together than website suggested, as you need a stronger force than 'tapping with a shoe' it is sturdy sofa and the velvet fabric is lovely. Just a shame it was marred by not great communication from the 'service' department.

Such an excellent company. I ordered a custom size sofa and it arrived on time. It was so easy to carry into my small flat where I was able to build it in place. Instructions are reasonably easy to follow and you just need to take your time putting the boards in the cushion covers and then making sure they slot down properly. Such great value for money, I love it.

Fantastic sofas, speedy delivery and great customer service.
I ordered a 2 seater and a love seat, which were delivered next day.
The quality is excellent, they’re so soft to sit on and the material is beautiful.
I chose to order from Nabru because of the next day delivery and the colour was just what I was after and struggling to find elsewhere.
When they arrived the legs looked a bit scratched so I contacted them and they sent replacements by next day delivery.
I really recommend this company. The sofas have had so many compliments and look like they’d be worth three times what we paid!

So happy with both of our sofas we recently purchased. We had a slight delay due to the fabric we chose, but we were kept informed and they made two trips to supply the one in stock.
The driver/assembler couldn't have been more helpful. He gave plenty of great advice how to keep the sofa looking good and any do’s/don’ts. If it’s your first, let them assemble it (worth every penny), but once you know the basics, it’s straight forward. I highly recommend Nabru. We visited their showroom before purchase and were very impressed with the quality. Excellent customer service
