Nabru 

Ordered a Sofa on the 3rd of December 2023 with a delivery date promise of 18th December. This did not happen so chased and was advised delivery after Xmas this again has not happened.
Promised to be kept advised and was expected end of January .
Guess what no communication at all and now have no idea when its coming.
I am very dubious about the positive reviews on this platform because this has not been my experience of Nabru . I am feeling 100% let down and wishing I had not wasted my time and money buying from this company .

Customer service very, very poor .. Go elsewhere and save the heartache.

Great quality build, stylish and most importantly, very comfortable. Driver/fitter Kristian delivered and assembled our sofa-bed very efficiently. So helpful. I was a bit dubious about buying a sofa-bed without trying it first, but very pleased with Nabru. Great service at every stage.

Great customer service, wonderful delivery service, delivery guy Alex expertly built up my lovely new flat pack sofa and I am delighted with it. If I ever need another sofa I'll definitely be buying from Nabru again.

Excellent customer service!
The fabric we wanted had run out (we ordered during the Christmas break when the office was closed), but we had an email first thing when staff were back. Everything was reorganised within 30 mins. We changed our colour and were offered cushions and specified delivery by way of an apology.
The driver messaged to give us 30 mins warning that he would be with us and delivered to our door.
Sofa was VERY easy to build, the fabric is beautiful, and the sofa itself is super comfortable. We love our new sofa!

I ordered a sofa but due to a tech problem it couldn’t be delivered when stated. Nabru went out of their way to help with many alternative dates/times, but eventually I asked for a refund and will order again in a few months. The money was refunded immediately with no quibble and their communication was brilliant.

My only criticism is charging £35 for delivery to room when it comes in plastic bags as opposed to boxes as assumed. Not happy I paid this extra charge when my front door leads directly to my living room I could have taken it in my self and saved £35.

We bought a corner sofa about 2 months ago and it was the worst decision we made.

We paid for the sofa to be assembled upon delivery, however, this was done hap hazzadly and in a rush. The material was put on all wrong and so the linings were really off and frankly it looked really weird and the material was very deflated.

We paid for a sofa bed, which was not provided. This had to be redelivered another day, however, when we received it, we found that it was not the correct one for the sofa and so the delivery driver decided to drill holes into the sofa to get it to fit (again, another bodge job).

We then noticed a lot of problems with the material (hundreds of snags), so we asked for replacement cushion covers. This was ordered, however, again on delivery, the wrong items were delivered. This was now our 4th delivery from Nabru and the 4th attempt to get the sofa to the standard as displayed on the website and reflected in the price.

Now most importantly, these sofas are also very uncomfortable… the cushions are great for the first couple of days however, where they are just foam and then a wood slat directly underneath, after sitting on it for first couple of days, the foam decreases in density and it eventually feels like you are literally sitting on the wooden slat itself. It’s not at all comfortable and I couldn’t sit on it for longer than 20 minutes!

After all this, we decided to return the sofa as it was within the 60 day return guarantee. Again, even though our refund was eventually given, the pickup was delayed because they were low on drivers. The actual communication from the company seems really dodgey too - you don’t get prober confirmations, it’s just a person emailing you very abruptly. It just all seems very unprofessional.

I hate to be negative, and I can see that there are lots of happy customers on here too (which is both confusing and concerning to me). However, in my honest opinion, if you are still reading, please avoid. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere!

What a fabulous experience. We bought the 3 seater plush sofa bed in Mustard yellow. Its a well built quality sofa and the customer service and delivery were exactly as expected. Well done and thank you

Helpful from the beginning and through the process including delivery and install. Amazing that in the end it was ordered and delivered within a couple of days. Showroom is good if you can get to one. In an ideal world the corner sofa bed with the extra thick mattress would be ideal for more than occasional use. Very happy looks stunning in the room and very comfortable.

We bought a Nabru U-shaped sofa second-hand 10 year ago. Never had the instructions, but it went together simply. We've just bought new back and seat cushions/covers to renew the look (the previous covers hadn't worn - we just wanted a freshen-up and change from the brown). The chap on the phone was ultra-helpful and knowledgeable, sending us a quote straight away. Love the fact you you can get some free fabric swatches. Being able to choose your delivery day is great too.
Really happy with the new look, and still impressed how simple, economical and sustainable this product is. Hope the company is still as good in another 10 years time when we want to change the covers!

Bought a two seater sofa in the summer. Terrible quality the covers don't fit properly. Very uncomfortable expensive for the quality. Will replace after Christmas.

Being kept informed about arrival & being spot on with the time. As I'm getting on a bit I decided to have the sofa assembled. Well worth it. Even with someone helping I think it would have taken me most of the day! The driver & installer did it all in less than 30 minutes.

Delivered on Saturday when asked. Excellent quality and so simple to build without the need of any tools! Simply slot together. Very pleased

I love my new sofa . I've got a small living room and I did not think I will find a small sofa bed to fit and very easy to install.

I had been looking for a very small sofabed to replace an old futon and Nabru chair beds looked ideal. To be honest, we found getting going with the building of the thing was tricky as the instructions are small and not really as clear as they could be. However, once we had sussed out all the directions we took a couple of hours to put it together. (I glibly say 'we' but my son did all the grunt work & I helped with interpreting the diagrams & handing over the washers in the right order).
Result? A wonderfully comfortable baby sofa, big enough for two people and (as my son declared next day) a really brilliantly comfortable single bed.

So impressed with this company. I recently moved house and needed a quality sofa before Christmas. You ticked every box for me, I opted for soft seating and assembly on site which was fasinating to watch, a very skilled and competent chap who knew what he was doing. Very pleased with my solid, comfy and stylish sofa!

Kristian from Nabru sofas has done an excellent job putting my self assembly sofa together.
He kept me updated on arrival time and explained what to do if I needed to adjust anything.
