Nabru 

Ordered a part that we needed as we had already got a corner suite from nabru a fews previously and we wanted to make it smaller. The part came on time, unfortunately it was damaged. So, I emailed, got a response telling me that a replacement would be sent the next day, which it did, but not only did one come they sent 2, so a massive thankyou for their prompt service. You can't ask for more in my book. Well done nabru, you've excelled yourself. 😁

Very pleased with my sofa love the colour. Paid extra to have it assembled worth extra money. Delivery guys were friendly and efficient.

The five seater corner sofa we ordered was great value for money I think you’d be hard pressed to find similar quality for the price. Of course we had to assemble it but that went very smoothly it took 3 very practical people about 2 hours. Labelling every bit of the frame would have made it more straightforward although it is fairly obvious. Delivered when promised with no fuss.

The sofa was perfect but so was the buying process.It was easy and quick and the delivery and installation was amazing.

Customer service truly exceptional, very quick to get back to me and made the whole process super easy.

Love our custom made sofa too and the fact we can change all the covers and enjoy an entirely new sofa! Just about to this for the first time so hopefully all goes ok!

Ordered a custom designed sofa on the Saturday and was delivered by the Thursday.
It was a fairly bit and complex sofa so there was what I thought to be quite a few mistakes with fabric covers. It turned out one of the wooden fittings was incorrect which threw all the over parts out.
They very quickly resolved this and even gave a small refund for the inconvenience.
The sofa looks fantastic and is so far very sturdy!

Ordered as moved and couldn't get our corner sofa up the stairs. We live in a flat. The delivery was on time, paid extra for it to be built. The driver was great and built it in less than an hour.

Simon assembled our Nabru 2 Seat Double Navy Sofa Bed in our top floor in less than 20 minutes! After very challenging experiences with 2 other retailers and self- assembly, this was a wonderful experience to watch as our top floor has a narrow staircase to get through. Can't wait to share the comforts of the bed , especially when family come and stay with us.

Really great sofa, we have had our current L shaped sofa for 5 years and it still looks fab, recently changed our seats from soft to normal seating and the process was so easy.
