Easy to order and delivery was fab! Kristian, the driver and fitter, was amazing! Though we hadn’t paid for it to be assemble he gave us lots of tips for an easy assemble. He was professional and polite throughout.

Was a slight delay to original delivery date, but this was communicated well in advance. Our delivery driver Kristian was incredibly helpful and gave us some useful tips for assembly.

Very nice looking sofa and very comfortable. The only problem was fitting the arm covers because if you don’t do it properly there are wrinkles that people can see. I’ll live with them for the time being!

I couldn’t find a sofa bed to fit through the door or my small flat. I found Nabru online and honestly fell down a rabbit hole with the choice. I also paid for it to be assembled. The delivery was excellent. Kristian was absolutely lovely and put the sofa together within and hour and I love it. Quality is excellent, the cushions are firm but will ease over time and it is absolutely perfect as a sofa and occasional bed for when guests arrive.

Today I experienced the best service I have ever experienced! A special thanks goes to Kristian, who fixed every detail that needed to be fixed. I have used only Nabru Sofa for 15 years and believe me, I am always surprised by the service and care they have for the customer!

The delivery was on time, the delivery men were awesome, they shared information and very friendly.
The only issue is that there was lack of follow up information shared once my sofa was designed and paid for.

I am very happy with the design and end product.

Was nervous when ordering our custom couch. Didn't know what to expect but we were not disappointed. We built it ourselves as didn't notice the option to get a fitter. Took a bit of time (4 hours) but enjoyable to put together. Fabric was lovely just like the sample we had ordered before we picked the couch. Set up was easy to customise the couch, delivered first thing on the day we asked for. Couldn't ask for much more and saved thousands instead of going to dfs or such like places. Buzzing

Efficient, friendly, kept us informed all day of delivery time, sofas look amazing and were assembled really quickly.

Quick delivery of requested fabric samples. Designed our own sofa to fit size of room. Paid the extra to have the sofa built on the day of delivery and all went smoothly with excellent communication so we knew exactly when to expect the driver/fitter. Installed in about an hour with all packaging taken away. Offered for us to get in touch with any problems or queries. Would definitely recommend Nabru to friends and family.

We purchased two sofas from Nabru, the delivery and installation went well and on time, we were very pleased with them both in terms of their appearance and comfort.

About a year later, we got in touch with Nabru about turning the cushions over so as to spread the wear. Nabru sent someone to have a look at the cushions and he reported back to the Nabru offices.

The next thing we knew was that replacement cushions were to be provided as the older cushions have now been replaced with a new design/filling.

Two Nabru fitters arrived and duly changed the cushions. No charge, no fuss.

Finally, I must say that everyone who has called on us has been a pleasure to have in our home and equally it has been a pleasure to deal with the administration at the head office.

I wish all purchases were as successful as those from Nabru.

Delighted with the sofa, foot stall and fabric. Especially pleased that with the flexibility of the design it did fit the area I needed. Excellent service from ordering to delivery. Kristian the fitter/driver did an excellent job assembling and advising. Would highly recommend Nabru.

I got a sofa bed for my boat love it really good service and driver kept me informed about times and if there's any problem putting it together just phone him can fault that.
