BEWARE of NAC and STAY AWAY including their partner…
BEWARE of All 5 Appliances and partner company NAC !!! Stay well clear. DO NOT TRUST. Poor customer service - arrogant, rude and misleading. Incompent and unknowedgeable engineers. Hidden charges and obscure terms and conditions. Rip off prices quoted. Not reliable nor trustworthy. Does not live upto promises - Partner company NAC completes referrals and directs customers on behalf of third party partner companuies and consequently customers left trapped and in limbo between the two. Once the call out fee is paid the customer is then at their mercy and treated like rubbish.

On time efficient and very helpful, although the problem was not self-evident the engineer tested all possibilities and explained clearly what to do if it reoccurs.
