Very easy online booking system with same day call out available. Although my appliance was eventually found to be an uneconomical repair the professionalism shown by the engineer was first class. He gave an honest opinion on our options after trying to repair the appliance and we found him to be a credit to himself and the company. Make these your first call if in need of appliance repairs and you will being safe hands.

BEWARE of NAC and STAY AWAY including their partner…
BEWARE of All 5 Appliances and partner company NAC !!! Stay well clear. DO NOT TRUST. Poor customer service - arrogant, rude and misleading. Incompent and unknowedgeable engineers. Hidden charges and obscure terms and conditions. Rip off prices quoted. Not reliable nor trustworthy. Does not live upto promises - Partner company NAC completes referrals and directs customers on behalf of third party partner companuies and consequently customers left trapped and in limbo between the two. Once the call out fee is paid the customer is then at their mercy and treated like rubbish.
