I ordered 3 dresses from MERABI to try for my wedding day. They were all stunning, but I fell in love with the Edie dress. It fits perfectly (I went for the size up), the fabric is stunning and it will make the perfect dress for me for my small twilight wedding.
I made a mistake with my returns when returning the other 2 dresses resulting in me being entitled to a gift card rather than a refund.
When I contacted MERABI, Alex got back to me the same day and was so kind, compassionate and understanding of the mistake I made and rectified the issue on the same day!
I can't thank Alex enough for this and if I could give 10 stars I would!

Further to the below review Nadine Merabi have contacted ourselves apologised and returned the payment . Credit where it is due they did this within an hour of the review but it should not have gone this far and poor communication has lead to this situation . The review was certainly not about the goods received as these were of really good quality it was just about returns process . I’m sure if this is fixed the quality of the goods will ensure that reviews are more positive

I have refrained from writing this review in the hope that Nadine Merabi would help in dealing with this matter over the past few days but unfortunately they have not been of any assistance.
I ordered a trouser suit for my son’s wedding costing over £500 that I have saved for since the start of the year . Unfortunately the fit of the suit was not ideal although the suit was of good quality .
We went on the returns portal which sent us to the Royal Mail returns where we created the returns label . We then realised that when we had no confirmation that it had indeed not gone through the portal but to the Royal Mail address that Nadine merabi had provided to them .
We immediately got in touch with NM too confirm the address that the parcel had gone too and that they are providing the incorrect address to Royal Mail .
We received an email back ( generated by AI we think) informing us to retrieve parcel which Royal Mail said cannot done . It went to the old address and was signed for !
We requested the name of company who reside at the old address but again AI would not provide . We have requested a number to call more than once but to no avail only AI responses .
It looks like this package has been accepted by a third party and Nm are taking no responsibility.
I have had sleepless nights worrying about this but again no response from Nadine Merabi to help .
In essence if you choose to use this company be prepared to lose all of your money through the return process. The clothing was good quality but I assure you if things go wrong you are on your own and will get no assistance whatsoever . It looks we have lost several hundred pounds which we cannot afford to do when we have saved up over many months .

Impossible to contact. No email ,no phone number, no fallback if problems occur. Therefore no sale

Aside the brand being super good quality and beautiful, feminine options to choose from - the customer service is fantastic!!! Although I had a hiccup with my order, the prompt communication and willingness to resolve the issue was very good from their side. Will definitely continue to order 👍🏽

first time i wore my dress the hardware broke .I text Nadine Merabi with my problem .within minutes i received a reply and instructions to solve problem .they were great .highly recommend this company for your next beautiful dress. will tell all my friends about your great company !!

I was really excited to place an order and receive what could have been my evening wedding reception dress! Unfortunately I didn't have a great experience at all. Firstly I had issues placing the order as I didn't receive the email with my 10% off first order voucher. I contacted customer services but the dress would have been out of stock again by the time I had a reply (from someone other than AI).

I now need to return the item due to sizing and quality issues, and the system is showing my return as credit voucher only, with no option for a full refund. I'm fully within the returns period and I've tried contacting customer service but again I only am receiving AI responses from Miranda so it's proving quite tricky.

Hopefully the issue will be resolved soon, with my full refund processed and I can update this feedback to something more positive as I really want to love this brand but unfortunately their customer service and system is massively letting them down.

Edit: Responding to the below message to contact the team. I've contacted your team with all details, but I'm still getting copied and pasted unhelpful responses. It's relating to order 308530.

I really hope someone reading this will save themselves from this awful experience! I've now lost £600, as I was told to go ahead and return the dress while the issue was investigated, but I've incorrectly been issued a credit note(that I'll never use) instead of a full refund.

Absolutely outstanding service, whether online or in person at the South Molton Street store. Friendly, professional and responsive.

Amazing dress, amazing customer service. Totally recommend and if you want a stand out outfit they are the guys to go to.

Very beautiful dresses. However, they weren’t exactly what I was looking for or not any more available in the right size. Therefore, I returned all of them and waited for my refund almost a month. Then I was surprised how quickly the team managed the issue and responded in minutes! I received the money promptly. This was an amazing experience. But will probably not order more than 1 dresses in the future (as multiple reviews describe that there’s issues with the refund process).

I had a probleme whit the return system...and alex was more then helpfully! That is a good SAV! Quickly and good!

Amazing dress- I got the Lydia for my wedding celebration dinner and it fits true to size with a nude slip underneath. Support team was amazing with information and guidance as I am typically between a size 6 and a size 4 depending. Would recommend this dress for any special event!

Yet again , no communication after a return , paused on clear pay , it take weeks and week to get a return after you send it back . Dresses used to be amazing , used to come in a beautiful box , with carrier , now it was shoved in a cardboard box and it felt like it was made out of yellow plastic now lace
