Awful customer service. Completely unwilling to support in any way with a faulty, and overpriced, dress that was only worn once, because it was ordered more than 6 months ago, for a wedding, which people get invited to 2 years in advance! All I asked for was an exchange or a replacement clasp and some fabric to repair a broken strap. This was after the dress, which fit beautifully, broke before I even got to the service of a wedding that was over 4 hours away, and completely ruined the day. I was shown no compassion or support by their team. Only order if you’re willing to accept that your item will break and you will need to bring a back-up dress to an event.

EDIT: I was contacted following this review and offered an apology and confirmation that the item was faulty, but the only resolution suggested was that I take the dress to a local tailor and pay for repair at my own expense.

Excellent customer service, beautiful designs, and outstanding quality. The fabrics feel luxurious and the craftsmanship and stitching are truly first class. Very happy with the brand and overall experience with Nadine Merabi.

Flexible service offered by Alex which made me able to place my order in the knowledge I could return the dress if needed (hoping this is not necessary!).

I rarely leave reviews, but my recent experience absolutely warrants one. I had to initiate a return, and I can honestly say the entire process was phenomenal.
From the moment I reached out with my initial concern, I received an immediate and incredibly prompt response. It felt like they were genuinely listening and ready to help. The customer service team was not only impeccable in their professionalism but also wonderfully friendly and understanding. They made what could have been a frustrating situation into an absolute pleasure. The entire service was seamless and remarkably easy – no hoops to jump through, no long waits, just efficient and clear communication every step of the way. I ordered three dresses from Nadine Merabi and decided to return one because the color and fabric looked very cheap in reality compared to how it appeared on the website. Considering that I kept two out of three dresses, I contacted customer support and politely asked if they could make a one-time exception and waive the $25 return shipping fee. Unfortunately, they refused without any consideration.

What made the experience even more disappointing is that a $25 return fee is extremely expensive compared to most fashion brands, where returns are either free or cost around $10 at most. I also pointed this out in my email, but it was completely ignored.

To make matters worse, despite charging such a high fee, they provided the cheapest return option possible — USPS — which required me to stand in line for 40 minutes just to send the package back.

Overall, this was a very frustrating customer experience. Between the misleading presentation of the dress quality online and the unreasonable return process and fees, I will not be purchasing from Nadine Merabi again.

Terrible customer service. I ordered two dresses from the website for a wedding with the hopes that they would be delivered in the 2-5days quoted on the website. It’s been 11 days and the Royal Mail website has said that they have been expecting the parcel for 6 of those days!
I emailed Nadine merabi to which I got numerous emails from an AI customer service agent called Miranda telling me they would look into it with no avail. So I emailed again and asked for a refund for my items which I have not received. My refund request was ignored and I was told they would contact the warehouse and get back to me. Once again I have had to chase this again and ask for a refund.
I have ordered multiple times from Nadine merabi and never had an issue. The customer service for this company is extremely poor and you’re just chasing your tail constantly! So as it stands I am £800 down with no refund and no one seems to know where my dresses are!
Disgusting customer service

Alex answered quickly and was able to resend me two gift cards that were somehow lost in my email. I am so grateful I didn’t lose out on this money, and I was then able to purchase another beautiful Nadine Merabi piece! Customer service will continue to set brands apart in this day in age.

Loved the dress I got and Alex from customer service was so helpful when my parcel got delayed.

Alex from concierge is brilliant. I printed off a label with an old address which meant my return wasn't being delivered and was showing as return to sender. Long story short Alex reassured me that I would receive the parcel back but it would take time. He also reassured me that my refund would be processed by extending the return timeline. Each message I sent was answered the same day. Well done Alex, excellent customer service. You are an asset to the business. The dresses are excellent quality and I would say true to size. I will be purchasing more. Thanks Alex

I emailed this evening regarding an issue I had, the team got back to me within 15 minutes and the issue I had was resolved within an hour. Alex was so helpful, and I have never experienced customer service to be so prompt in my life. I am very pleased with the quality of service I have received. Highly recommend!

Beautiful garments for all the special occasions! Sadly I’m in between the sizes however the return and all the support received was amazing. Thanks Nadine Merabi team for handling all the queries so efficiently!

Beautiful dress but it was a little big so needed to exchange but on unzipping the dress the string of the tag got caught in the zip. I panicked as the only way to get it out was to cut it, knowing this may hinder the exchange. I contacted their customer support team and they were really helpful with their advice. All ended well and I’m looking forward to receiving the next size!

Do not trust their final sales labels. I bought an item that was not labeled final sale when I made the purchase, and by the time the item was delivered it became part of their final sales. The item arrived faulty with a broken zipper, and they refused to return it despite it not being wearable. This is such a scam

Ordered a few times from Nadine merabie and always received delivery very quick. Had a wrong item delivered but customer service was spot on & resolved the issue prompt and professional. Love their quality & styles.
