I've thrifted better from my mom's closet.
I've thrifted better, yet cheaper clothing. I've tried them quite a few times, and always send ALL items back, except one bracelet. Every pair of bottoms I've received always end up being sheer tights, something I can buy for $3-$5, and not soft- very itchy. Tops, Although have some weight, are always a color I can't stand. Three times I've gotten dusty rose. And jewelry looks like it came off the old Walmart clearance racks, chunky and gaudy. It seems as if the "stylist" goes against what I prefer. Absolutely overpriced for the quality alone in the clothing. And mixed alloy jewelry- meaning you will turn green over time, and not hypoallergenic.
Will have to add that cancelation is the biggest headache you will encounter this year. It took freezing my card, and forcing them to stop charging me to get their attention after trying to cancel for 2 months. No apology needed, they're just a scam.

Poor Quality, No attention to Style Profile
The first two shipments were great - the stylist read my style profile, feedback, etc. After that it's like they gave up. I let them know I was a 34-35" inseam but they would always send pants that had a standard inseam and was too short. I let them know that I was more conservative and wouldn't wear a crop top and yet they sent crop tops. Most (not all) of their clothing was see-through or itchy. I was disappointed by the clothing quality, their lack of attention to the long style profile they lay out, and their customer service's response when I reached out and voiced my concerns.

Shockingly Poor Quality
I was really surprised at the exceptionally poor quality of clothing from Nadine West. I don’t wear designer clothes or anything even close, and even I was shocked at how cheap all if the materials were. Even the designs were not great. I havent seen clothing this bad anywhere else. It’s just not worth it because such poorly made clothing doesn’t hold up (or look good).

If I could give no stars I would!! I’m only here to let everyone know not to do ANY business with this company! Trust me their clothes are hideous so you are not missing out on anything! Buy from SHEIN instead ! These ppl will steal your money for worthless ugly clothes. They stole $400 from me and still kept all their clothes ! I hope this helps so it doesn’t happen to anyone else .

Nadine West has the WORST customer service I have ever encountered
Nadine West customer service will be a waste of your time, my fellow shopper. They will charge you, even once you have told them to cancel your account, you have sent back every item because of the lack of quality. The clothes are TRASHY. Then, customer service stubbornly and relentlessly flips your e-mails around 3 or 4 times making offers that you already refused. If you try to have them hear your message, namely "Cancel My Account Immediately and All the Items are Coming Back to You as I Write," you will receive a DEAF EAR. If you value your time and money, shop elsewhere.

Run away! Don't fall for the promotional scams, as you will regret it
This company charges your credit card immediately after promising that your "stylist" will be in touch within 24 hours to send you items to pick from. Fast forward 48 hours and I emailed them to say that I haven't heard from a stylist, but that I saw they charged my credit card. They asked for ANOTHER second chance (they dropped the ball the first time back in 2022 when I signed up) and said within 24-48 more hours. It has now been 5 more days and no contact. I just disputed the payment with my card. Done with this company. Cheap clothes and poor service. I feel sorry for the employees that have to make these false promises.

Overall good and responsive
Sometimes the pieces aren't just my size but for the most part I enjoy the items that I receive! I have not had any issues with returning things or the account status when I needed to pause or adjust my subscription. When I have had concerns there have been prompt, personal responses to address any question or concern and I feel my requests are understood and responded to appropriately.

Amazing Company & Experience
This company has been great since day one for me. If I’ve needed to skip or pause my shipments, there’s been no issues with having that taken care of at all. They’re very quick to respond to any questions, issues or concerns. Everyone I’ve had the pleasure of speaking with have all been so helpful and friendly. Once the stylists have a good idea of what you like, they’re spot on!! The clothes make you look good and the staff make you feel good!! I highly recommend this company! I LOVE Nadine West!!!

Charged me for clothes I didn’t keep when I canceled
I didn’t like any of the clothes they sent me. I had it for two months and didn’t keep anything and when I canceled, they charged me saying I kept some of the clothes on the last order which I did not.
