Pathetic experience. Avoid shopping at Naduvi.

Very bad experience so far but hope they respond and take accountability
Very bad experience so far. To be specific the delivery never showed up and then the next day they left what seems to be a defect couch without an authorized signature. The delivery company is not answering, Naduvi is not answering (phone or email) and we have no choice but to start a dispute through American Express to understand what protections we may have. I am very disappointed but I should have given more credibility to the negative ratings here on trustpilot before becoming the next person with unresolved issues. We are not sure about the German law regarding leaving the couch without an authorized signature but the defect in the couch makes us think they buy rejected products for a low price and then sell them to make a higher profit. My hope is that they realize we are trying to be reasonable and that it is not fair to take advantage of people in this manner.

Really happy with my JAXX couches; so stylish and trend-setting. They turned out to be MUCH better than I pictured, from the photos online. Great delivery team assembled the sofas on-site and made sure the couches were sitting right / "stable". Awesome service. Many thanks, Naduvi :)

Sehr inkompetente Kundenservice!
Unacceptable Customer service. Just as the quality of the goods.
We ordered a dining table, and after we received it we made a complaint immediately.
The color and quality of the extension is different. Naduvi Customer service told us that the manufacturer can not guaranty the quality (meaning Naduvi also can not. So why would they sell this product in the first place?!) And we were told that we can send the table back. We received the shipping label from Naduvi just minutes AFTER that the someone showed up unannounced at our door, to pick up the table. As it was not ready for pick up (as we were not informed about it yet) they left the table here.
After waiting a week contacting Naduvi again about the pick up, I were told that the manufacturer has not answered to they email since a week now. And I can search for a phone number if I want to try to contact them myself?! Really, Nadudi?! That is what you call Customer service?!
So, we live like in a storage house now in our own leaving room thanks to Naduvi, and the way they like to take care of they Customers.
Our order number DE-24613 in case someone would actually want to do something.
By the way, they are manipulating the ratings too.
I still hope though, that I can win the 100€ Gutschein :)

They've sent two times (!) a couch with two pieces and two different colors! If one of the tissus you were using isn't available anymore, please be so kind to either inform your clients, or to cancel the old colors and send two times the same color! In total we've been waiting over 5 months for a wrong-colored couch. We've never been so disappointed by a furniture supplier. Also the client service is ridiculous. They take no responsibility for their faults and response time is just disrespectful.
Definitely our first and last time at Naduvi.

Delivery with damaged parts
Delivery got delayed, it took 5-6 weeks until they deliver.
Than I received my order with some parts damaged. I asked for a replacement for the damaged parts and now 3 weeks passed and I still don't have a date for the replacement parts.
It should not take 3 months and a lot of emails from/to the customer service to receive a cutlary set.
I regret I ordered from here instead of a web shop that keeps inventories and delivers in couple of days.

The seller has indicated that the replacement cutlery will leave the factory this week and will transport it to the Netherlands. As soon as the track and trace code is available, we will share it with you. To accommodate you, I will already refund 10% of the purchase amount to you as compensation and I will send you a small gift.
I have just refunded this amount and it will be sent to you as soon as possible. The refund will be made in the same way as the original payment was made. You have just received a separate email about this.

Unreliable delivery time
I ordered a mattress topper, with a delivery time of 1-3 working days. I didn’t receive it, I had to ask customer service the status of my delivery, and the answer I got is that I would receive the package as soon as possible, without a timeline. The delivery times are not reliable and you don’t get any indication when you would receive your product. I will not buy from this shop anymore.
